Customer service was of the lowest quality. Was unwilling to explain anything and was very argumentative. Rented with them since they were "home of the free move in truck" LIES...have to have FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE on MY personal vehicle AND IT DOES NOT EVEN PROTECT THEM. so tired of not getting whats advertised

On Guard had a space when I really needed one and the rental process was very simple and quick. The rent is pro-rated to pay just for how many days you are using that month when you move in and up to the 18th day of the month to pro rate moving out. Nice people and very helpful.

I reserved a unit a week out. I called the morning of to confirm before I brought my stuff over and they already rented out the one in my name. Might be a good indication of their customer service.
