Clean, secure, helpful, friendly. Tim at Broadway storage was my first impression of my Portland experience. This is my second time renting here since my move here; I had a few issues which Tim solved quickly and professionally. I wouldnt hesitate to contact him if I had other issues because I believe he will do what he says plus he is so likable. The price is affordable and the location is convenient. If you dont have a car Portland Street car will drop you off right at the entrance, if you are coming from downtown Portland and take you back by walking to the front of the building. The only thing I dont like about renting at Broadway storage is using the stairs to access my unit.

Ive had a great experience renting with Broadway Storage. The building is very clean and secure. Tim, who manages the facility, was very helpful and responsive throughout the process. Loading and unloading was a total breeze. I definitely recommend this storage facility.

Id never rented a storage unit before. Tim -- he runs the show -- was smart, responsive, and super nice. (He even made sure that I had the best of the units at my price point.) The space is clean, well-lit, and super secure. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Heads up to potential renters... They fail to tell you from the beginning they do not prorate your last months rent. Be sure to get out by the end of the month to avoid paying for space you dont use the next month. Sneaky!! No repeat business or referrals from us!

Adjoins Ace Hardware, it is a modern, fob entry, clean, climate controlled storage. Staff are way cool, helpful and everything works. For all your storage needs I highly recommend Broadway PDX.
