First time storage user so maybe my expectations are a little high. Within one year my rates have increased twice. Ive called management on three separate occasions and have not once received a call back. If you call the 877 number they skirt responsibility to the individual storage facility. If you talk to the individual storage facility they try to pass you on to the 877 number people. No level of accountability whatsoever. The final kicker as I was finally able to move our stuff out: the unit had been taken over by mice/rats and they not only left a trail of their "waste" they also chewed holes in our couch, and blankets. They were of course closed on the day I went to remove my materials, so I called the office and no one called me back. Called the 877 number and they told me they could do nothing so I needed to call the storage facility. Called them and still no call back. Classy people at Extra Space Storage. Go elsewhere.

I first met Jeffery over a year ago when I needed to store furniture for an upcoming move. He was friendly and insightful as to what unit size I would need for all the items I have. Recently I have made the decision to sell many of my belongings to downsize my storage space. When I told Jeffery about this "move" he said to let him know when I was ready and he would look at what I still needed to store and get me into a unit that will accommodate my needs. Julie is a kick-in-the-pants! She’s knowledgeable about the business and makes you feel completely at ease. Moving is never fun for a 12 year old kid but whenever I have to go get something out of my unit my son cheerful comes along in the hopes that Julie will take him on a tour. Hands down I recommend Extra Space Storage on 78th Street both Jeffery and Julie go above and beyond to make you feel at ease about placing your belongings in storage.

Jeffrey and Julie are awesome! When I first got there, I was greeted with a welcoming and friendly face. Jeffrey made the transition easy by showing me around the premises and it was fun riding in a golf cart! That way, when I did my move, it was easy to transport things and then exit. I really appreciated Jeffrey for taking the time out for walking me through the lot and showing me around. I was also on a tight budget so I’m happy to have chosen Extra Space Storage not only because they gave me a great deal for storage but for the hospitality that Jeffrey and Julie had shown me. It is always so nice to be greeted and be remembered by my first name as well. I’m very happy with Extra Space Storage and highly recommend using storage here because of the excellent customer service and the great prices. Thank you Jeffrey and Julie for being generously kind and hospitable!

We searched around Vancouver for a storage facility that offered a blend of quality units, affordable pricing, and convenient location. Extra Space Storage fit the bill. What we didnt know at the time was how great Jeffery and Christopher were going to be. These guys treated us like V.I.P.s even when we were renting their smallest sized unit, and now that we have upgraded to a larger unit, they continue to work hard to provide us with exceptional service. This facility is always offering decent promotions (like first month free), so if you are looking around Vancouver for a place to store stuff, definitely give these guys a call. Maybe even tell them that the guys from One Team sent you, and see if theyll sweetin the promotional offer a bit! Thanks again to Jeffrey and Chris for everything!!

I rarely leave reviews. This is more of a personal commendation. Ive been a customer since September 2015. I continued to receive rate increases over the years. I was finally over it & went in last week to terminate my lease & move out. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile by Tami. We discussed my issues and Tami provided stellar customer service. She offered alternative options, she treated me a valued customer and did everything to keep my business. By the end of the visit I was transferred into a less expensive unit. Saving over $50 a month. It was Tamis excellent service that kept me as a customer. I have not experienced such wonderful customer service in a very long time. Tami is someone that Extra Space should be honored to have as an employee. Thank you Tami!!

I have had my unit here at Extra Space Storage now for almost 5 years and I would never go anywhere else! Jeffrey and Julie are the best ever! I would recommend this storage facility to anyone who is looking for a nice clean building to place their goods. The units are spacious and clean, as well as very well maintained. I have never had any problems with my unit, nor the staff. I always know that any time I have any questions or concerns, I can always call Jeffrey or Julie and they are always so helpful. I have had other storage facilities in the past, but I will never go anywhere else now. They dont even compare. Thank you Julie and Jeffrey for always being there....Now you can NEVER leave. LOL

I was very fortunate to stumble upon Extra Space storage. I was looking for something affordable but not a "you get what you pay for" sort of deal. The rates are the best not to mention I was able to I was able see while unpacking my U-Haul at night. Great customer service there as well. Chris the employee that assisted me was a " Johnny on it" type guy, there was nothing I needed or asked that he didnt assist or explain to me. I left confident that I choose the right facility as well as pleased with the service that I received. So if youre looking for a storage thats clean and has grate rates as well as excellent customer service Extra Space Storage is definitely the place you want.

After moving 800 miles with a 26 moving truck fully loaded only to find the storage unit that had been arranged for me by a moving company was only 1/3 the size of what I needed. They did not even have a storage unit Portland or the surrounding areas that was large enough to hold my things and I would be able to unload into by myself. I was left in a strange town with all of my belongings and no where to put them until my home is ready. I called Extra Space Storage on 76th they were able to help me with exactly the size I needed, and they even put me in contact with movers that will unload everything for me. Wonderful service, and a great price after a very crazy few days! Thank You!

If you need extra space - this is the place. Make sure you as for Jeffrey - he takes his job serious and is there to help YOU! Very reasonable and available to access for whatever your needs may be. And tell them I sent ya! I HIGHLY recommend. They were and continue to be very helpful in our time of urgent need. UPDATE 2015! First Jeffrey has been very helpful and accommodating as we have had multiple units at once and have needed to coordinate various combination of available sizes. As we have consolidated and downsized Jeffrey has assisted us throughout the process AND now Julie has further extended this sites incredible service. Highly recommended!
