This is by far the best Uhaul place Ive ever been to. Ive moved alot in my life and have always gone to Uhaul for trucks and storage. And it was mostly cause the prices are cheaper than most but the service was always $#!T. But here was way different, very friendly, involved, direct and the manager Robert is a great guy. I only give it 4 stars because I find it ridiculous that you have to pay an extra $$ fee every month if you want 24hr access, now this is probably a company policy and they cant help it.

I had my minivan loaded up with kids, dogs, and camping gear when I went to pick up a tent trailer from an rv place. Went to hitch it up and realized I didnt have any electrical outlet for the trailer! I called this office to see if they could do it. They were extremely friendly and accommodating and even though they were very busy they had me out of there in less than an hour. Even the guy on his break put down his Fun Dip to help out!

This place is a joke. Scheduled an appointment day prior and showed up and they did not have anyone there to do the wiring work we scheduled. Totally unprofessional on all accounts to alleviate the situation and mistakes on the businesses part. Take your business elsewhere. The 2 gentlemen working the morning of June 19th should not be working in customer service in any regard. Once again, THIS U HAUL AND ITS EMPLOYEES ARE A JOKE.

Very unenthused to help after failing to correctly schedule my wire harness installation appointment! Scheduled an appointment in the morning, arrived only to hear I was moved to 4pm I NEVER received a call indicating otherwise. Customer satisfaction was certainly on the bottom of their list. Go to any other UHAUL, this particular one has some serious communication issues that need to be resolved! Will never go back

Stuck on supply and demand...staff was unaccomadateing, unprofessional, and needed to be challenged when sent from other location about quotes, accommodations, and fees....wont be using their services again, Ive heard Im not the only one whos experienced their lack of customer service

This Uhaul is GREAT!!! If more places had the customer sevrvice that they have life would be easier. Every person that works here is awesome!! I have been using them for years....over 10..and they are always helpul and nice! I will always reccomend them.

Their trailer had a short circuit that messed up my entire exterior lights system and they basically saying that it is not their problem. I wish there was an option of minus 5 stars rating. Dont go to this uhaul location, you might regret it for life.

Friendly staff, but corporate policy prohibits trailer rentals to topless Jeep Wranglers, as if fiberglass is real protection in an accident. BUT, having said that, the staff was helpful & friendly, so 5 stars for them.
