I made an appointment an hour before coming. I get there at the exact time of the appointment. I sit in my car for 15 minutes. The person who made the appointment is not there and the office is locked. After 15 minutes she opens the office. She finally shows me the unit. She gets lost in the building. As we walk through the building the entire place is run down, floors have chipping paint, and the hallway smells like urine. They take me to a disgusting unit. Not only does it smell damp, it has a pipe running through it and she "recommends" me buy a damper for the unit. Ironically they sell them at the office for 8 bucks. I absolutely was so disgusted i left. On my way out, she tells me to call 30 minutes ahead of time to make sure they are there. Are you kidding me? I laughed. I didnt even confront her with that statement. I let the unit go and ive had to block their number due to harrassing me to get into another unit. These people are crazy and are hyppocrittes. Dont rent here or from any public storage. Check out the stock price. Its higher than starbucks and Nordstrom. These people are taking advantage of people.

Hi All : I wanted to write a review for the Public Storage in Edmonds at 23010 Hhy 99 in Edmonds.The manager there April is the Friendliest and best Manager I have ever met and worked with.In over 20 yrs of using public storage facilities in Both Seattle,Shoreline and now Edmonds.I own and operate a Trucking business for the last 20 yrs and use these facilities to park my trucks and equipment.April is very courteous,Knowledgable and Hard working.I have seen may managers over the years.April is by far the very best I have worked with,She clearly cares About the business she manages and runs.The property is always clean,well maintained and safe,thanks to her work.In addition she has always answered my questions and provided quick solutions for any of my concerns.Its Great to know I have a person like April working for my Parking and Storage needs.I refer all my clients needing storage space to her and her company at Public Storage. Needed a storage unit and so glad I went to Public Storage. I have known April for several years and felt confident my stuff would be safe and secure with her in charge of the property. She showed me a couple of units and at no time was there any pressure to pick a unit. She asked questions to determine what size would be appropriate for my needs and showed me two units she thought would work best. I went with the 10x10 and all my stuff fit perfectly. She explained the monthly billing process and all the ways to pay your bill. I may be a little biased because I know her husband, but you should feel confident that April has your best intentions in mind while she is on the job. The facility itself was clean and well lit. She knows most customers by name which feels rare in this day and age. They offer moving supplies should you need them and locks for the units. A truly great experience.

I would give April and Ronnee 10 stars if I could. For me -- in the midst of a challenging move -- their assistance and their helpful suggestions were most welcome. Security and convenient location were my top considerations. When I interviewed the storage facility a short drive down the road from Aprils, the manager there said that there had been 2 break-ins the week before, and that "they were just part of the business." REALLY? I dont know of any person who would feel secure with that bad attitude! The fact that April and her husband live on-site at this facility, and are always aware of what is going on, made my decision to reserve a storage space here an easy one. It just feels secure. In addition, April & Ronnee were wonderful sources for info on everything local: from where to recycle old magazines to the closest place to rent a moving van. Kudos to both, and many thanks!

Ive only done my reservation but April was quick to call me back. I came in the next day to view the unit is was going to rent. I was looking for a 10x10. Im a little older so she showed me an down stairs I asked the difference between downstairs and upstairs. She was happy to show me. Other than price which I understand there a BIG difference so I chose upstairs. I asked her total move in she informed me of everything thats needed and we talked about items needed to secure my items. I cant wait to do my move in process she went above and beyond and I really appreciate it. Thanks April you made me feel like you really care about me and my belongings and not just renting a unit. I recommend this location.

April is a blessing in disguise in more ways than one. I needed a unit for my fathers belongings, she was so wonderful from the time of the reservation all the way to the move in paperwork. She made my fathers unit close to the door for easy accessibility for him. I even didnt lock my unit correctly she called to tell me so I could put my lock on the right way. Then when I came in to change my lock I found out were related. But before all that she really was very helpful and really does answer my questions and offers to help when she can if I need it. Makes me happy to know some one cares about my fathers things being stored here. This is the place to store your belongings.

My daughter stored her belongings here over the summer before she moved from Seattle to Bellingham. We could not have been happier with the experience. April was a wonderful, warm, and thorough facility manager. She explained everything clearly and made sure we had everything we needed to move my daughters van full of things into a clean, quiet second floor locker. Moving out was equally pleasant, and April helped me with all details on closing the account. This was my first experience using Public Storage and this particular facility gives a good name to your entire company. Thank you!

Great experience end-to-end. Reserved a space after searching on Google Maps and looking at all the prices (the cheapest price for a 9x10 was at this PS, nearly $50 less than the others in a five mile radius). Immediately received a call from the manager, Rodney, who let me know some important things to bring and when I could come in and get my key and gate code and review my unit. Then when I came in that Saturday he walked me through everything and was a very pleasant fellow. Definitely did things right. Five stars.

I would just like to give all the workers credit that I encountered at this location. They were nice and helpful and even when taking a lunch break, they would lend an ear so I could be advised. When I left they let me use a broom and dustpan, one lady employee went on her own investigation when I told her a homeless person had entered when the gate open, how scary for her, and what a loyal worker. I forgot my code once and I was helped. Thank you!

These PS are packed in right next to each other - so how to choose? Just choose THIS one. Seriously, you know how, er, inefficient many of the folks who run these properties can be? April, the property manager at PS #23010 is an absolute dream. Shes Ms. #1 get it done, kind, thoughtful, and when you leave you absolutely know that all will be fine in your hands. In fact, I really wanted to go buy her a puppy. Shes that lovely. This is your storage!
