terrible place with Rats and Mice. We have our stuff in a unit with automatic payment for the rent. We showed up this week to find our Locks gone and they had put a new lock on the unit. No one was in the office. e called corporate who assured us we were paid up and owed no money. They did not know why the unit was locked. Obviously the manager and staff are inept and should not be doing this for a living. While we tried to get in our unit two other people who had units were moving out because of Rodents and leaking units. They said they found their stuff infested with Mice and rat droppings. This place is so white trailer trash it is unreal. It is also for some reason more expensive then most Storage facilities. void like the plague,

This place is the best storage unit Ive had! Sure all storage units are the same except for the size you choose. I rent here because of the excellent customer service and care these professionals have for their tenants! WYATT, WALTER, and RYAN are the BEST! They treat me with much respect never judge me in anyway! These guys are very lenient and work with you so everybody stays happy! Not to mention they take amazing care of their facility! Thank you gentleman, much appreciated from Crystal and I!

Staff is GREAT, so friendly and helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately some of the units not so much. I had to move out because mine collected dust and moisture, but with attention to cleanliness while you ARE there visiting your unit... it can be alright. Just make sure you pack up your stuff correctly and *plan* for some of the unfortunate moisture, its an alright place. Get dehumidifier/moisture absorption things... theyre like $7 ;)

friendly service. really polite and understanding. Walter Hurst the manager at the Santa Rosa branch was very professional and made us feel welcomed. He was courteous and understanding, I recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage, units are well maintained and safe, also easy to access.

They do have cameras but the front gate has been forced open 2 times in 2 months and takes them 3-5 days to fix My gate code has not worked twice in two months due to computer glitch 2 !
