A clean and secure place to store your stuff. The staff were polite and helpful. They have a two-story, climate-controlled building on the premises which I used to store artwork. My unit was on the second floor of the building, however. I had to access my unit by an elevator (they actually have two elevators, one at the front and one at the back of the building). However, both elevators were out of commission a couple of times when I tried to get to my unit, which was frustrating. The manager said if the elevator doors are blocked as they close, it causes the elevators to stop functioning (as a security measure), which must have happened in both cases. Additionally, both instances happened on the weekend and the elevators apparently could not be fixed until the workday week began. If I had to use the place again, I would try to get a ground floor unit because it would be more easily accessible. So keep in mind the potential elevator issue in making your decision. With all that said, I would definitely use the place again.

We used this storage facility for four years. It was owned by a different company when we started renting there and was a decent place. It was a little pricey but clean and the staff was pleasant. The company changed hands about a year after we got there and the prices started going up bi-annually. We started out paying 189.00 and by the time we left it had gone up to 360.00. They repainted all the doors at one point and did not tape the gaps properly, the over spray covered my husbands motorcycle. It took a year and a half to get the bike fixed, however they did finally get it done. The last 10 months we were there, several people started living in the units. There was a constant aroma of human waste. There was also an issue with bugs, that had never been an issue before. Beetles, moths, flys. I was very happy to leave this facility.

Best and easiest transaction made all day! Aj was ready to go and had my price from yesterday, that was quoted by Jessica (also super sweet,) in his system and gave me other options in case I wanted something different. The facility is quiet, clean, and has a 24 hour watch guard- That always makes me happy! I really hate having to store my items, but ever since we went with Extra Space storage in El Sobrante because of their on site manager Lisa- we have not had any problems like we used to in LA! Thanks guys!

Pam is the best! she is informative and knows what she is talking about. She walked me around the facility and showed me a few different units to make sure I got what I needed. I told her what I was looking for and she informed me that what I was needing it for it would be better if I went for a larger unit. It turned out that she was right. If I would have gotten a smaller unit I would have been in trouble. Thank you Pam, you really helped me out.

Have used Extra Space for past 2+ years...up to three units at the same time, two of which were inside climate-controlled spaces. The place is immaculate, and managers Anthony and Wyatt are top notch (they are also amazing at remembering names!). The hours of access are consistent during the 7-day week, so you dont have to remember which day is which. I have nothing but good things to say about this location.

Pam Tedder is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I reserved a storage unit online, she promptly called me to check in and schedule a time for me to see the unit. She was understanding and polite when I needed to reschedule due to a sick toddler. She knows her stuff in and out, shes very quick and speedy. I appreciate Pams follow through and friendly tone of voice!

I called them before i went in to reserve a spot. Put down the 25 dollar deposit. When i went to sign up, they said that the promotion did not apply. They wanted to triple the amount charged from what they quoted me. Management is a little deficient. They do not explain the terms of the agreement. The units are clean and secure. Just watch out when it comes to your wallet.

We used them for over a year cause their prices are the most competitive. The facility is really clean and feels really safe. It is completely fenced and there are cameras everywhere which make me feel really safe. The owners and management do a great time maintaining the facility and are always available regarding any question you may have. Highly recommend this place!

Place is well kept and affordable not to mention convenient. Staff is friendly too. Would avoid the manager Anthony in the future tho. Always feels like hes talking down to you. Recommend the assistant manager to show you around if you have the choice. Despite the manager i would still recommend this place to anybody. Units I was shown looked great and secure.

I have stored my stuff here forever, I had electricity wired so I can use my computer and pretty much run my business out of my unit. I store all of my inventory and get my orders everyday right from my unit and ship them out. Great place to store, never had a single issue.
