I have loved these guys when they were American Mini Storage, but ever since they became CubeSmart, the following issues continue to be a problem: Security to main building was highly compromised due to a nearly 3-month long unresolved issue with the main door not going up. Their solution was to leave the side roll-up door wide open during business hours, so anyone who was NOT in the main building could simply walk right in. For the past TWO months, there has been no air circulation at all on the 2nd floor, not even with a fan. Downstairs is nice and cool. But hey, were paying a premium for a climate controlled unit that has NOT been climate controlled for nearly two months! And on top of it, they just raised our monthly rates for a second time in 6 months. NOT HAPPY with CUBESMART.

My experience moving from one unit to another was very positive, quick and easy. The staff at the CubeSmart in Rohnert Park assisted me with a very professional attitude. They always take the time to contact me when there is a new space available. Nice clean facility. The music in those long storage corridors keep one from getting bored! We have stored our motorhome here for about 9 months and with every interaction Letha and Michael have been so professional and kind. The facilities are immaculate and seem very safe. We pay by the year and cant imagine using anyone else, even though we drive from San Francisco just to park here. We highly recommend them.

Used CubeSmart for nearly 4 years, and they were always good to us. Ended up moving out as we were able to build a storage shed at home, and the stuff we had would fit in that. Prices do creep up occasionally, but even after all of that time, stuff that had been in there since the beginning was perfectly fine.

I have had my mothers household things in the climate controlled building for over ten years. Everything stayed in great condition, as if it were still in her home...probably better - no dust! The security is fabulous and the people running this are very helpful and kind. Id highly recommend it to anyone.
