I am updating my review after my husband spoke with the General Manager. We were happy to find out Juan is still employed here, what we thought was a husband and wife team we found out is just the wife, unfortunately she is the one who yelled at my son. There is now water access up in the top lot and an email was sent out stating this. Juan and the GM found a temporary parking spot while they contact the owner of the trailer that was partially parked in our spot and have him come straighten his trail out, allowing us full access to our spot. Thank you Juan, Jim (the GM) and the owner for working on solving the problems. When we first started storing our trailer here is was a great experience. However they now have new management who have yelled at my husband and my son (who is only 4). The trailer next to ours is clearly in our spot which makes makes parking and leaving extremely difficult and the new husband and wife management team are unwilling to contact to owner of the other trailer. The new management also cut off our power without warning. My husband returned from a trip with our trailer to find the power box locked. The new male manager accused my husband of using power without paying. When we moved in we made it ckear we needed power, there was a lock on our outlet and when we agreed to pay the higher rate for power it was unlocked and we have been plugged in ever since! The newest and final straw for us is that the water access has been removed without any warning! We went today and tried to fill up on our way out of town and there is no way to access water. Beware to all who are currently there, THERE IS NO LONGER WATER. This storage lot went from full with a waiting list to having many spots available. We will be leaving as well just as soon as I can find a new place! We have been there about a year and a half and had no issues until May of 2017. We loved working with Juan and Mel and they are sorely missed.

Great locally-owned self storage facility. The ladies running the place went out of their way to accommodate my needs. They were the only location in the area that had a spot for my RV. Every experience is pleasant and the cost is competitive. Theres 24-hr security and access to the lot is limited to 6am until 9pm daily. Beyond that, theyll answer the phone any time for special occasions (since they live on site). Couldnt ask for a better storage solution.

Extremely clean facility. Great location as far as being close to major places. Price was a bit high, but that just comes from the demand for storage in this area. Make sure you have plenty of extra time for the sign-up process, as the staff I interfaced with was barely able to type, and appeared to hate anything electronic. However he was extremely nice and showed us the unit right when we showed up. Would go here again for sure.

Best storage unit I seen & I looked at most in port Orchard. Wood walls, that unclosed the unit, with no space to get to next units. Dry, heated, video & gate security. Not to mention the staff, the were always kind & very helpful. Free truck rental with unit rental, makes reliable storage the #1 storage facility, if you can get one. So plan ahead, you will be happy you did....
