Experience began awesome, then somebody broke into our building, I come and go a lot because I have business needs to gain access to my personal storage unit, I was removed from my after hours credentials along with others...a small titled district manager (devan) was very rude unproffesional to me...treated me like i am a suspect.....he has no customer service relational ettiquite small minded and closed..... however in the office "Candy has always been awesome".... no complaints about her.... unfortunately I had to edit my review of this place and will not ever be doing business with public storage again once my rental needs are concluded. Ive rented from them elsewhere, but this was my last straw.

Ive been renting units at this location on and off for the past decade. They have always been extremely courteous and helpful. One time I hadnt fully locked the pad lock on my unit. They notified me with a phone call within hours that the lock on my unit wasnt fully connected. Theyve always tried to make the paperwork as simple as possible by having it well organized and pre-prepared for my arrival at the office. My most recent change to a different-sized unit was with Amandas help. In addition to her efficiency, shes always smiling and positive. The storage buildings are well lit and the floors are clean. Ive never had any water leaks from the weather either.

My storage unit has been compromised for over a month, I can easily open the door regardless of it being locked or not. I spoke to Candy about it, she said to prop something between the wall and door to temporarily solve the issue. Well, this month I was late with the payment, and so they quickly put an extra lock on, yet I was still able to open it even with their lock in place. The people who work here are nice folks, but they charge for services they dont provide. I pay premium price for a secure unit, and have received nothing but an area.

I have always had a good experiences when dealing with public storage I have had two storage unit now thru them and always candy and the other ladys & gentlemen, treat me with respect and kindness, very professional. Even when my code was comprised after a switch of units and locations, candy and the staff where very concerned,helpful and determined to resolve the issues and catch who ever was causing the problems. cindy and Amanda were effin awesome in that they worked with me over a long period of time and were always friendly/understanding. was even late sometimes although I dont encourage this. promised to write a review for Amanda and this is my follow thru, even had to create a google account and I hate doing stuff like that. couldnt get the right password then forgot it then lost the paper with store info, just a hassle. the only reason ive followed thru was because of their service/personality. thnx ladies

This facility is clean and easy access. The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional! She should get a raise for great customer service!! I highly recommend this facility for your storage needs. I used it to store my household for 6 months with an easy autopay thru my bank. No worries. Cost is average for the going storage rate in the area. I gave it 4 stars because they dont offer the use of wheeled carts or dollies that other storage facilitys have, otherwise It is 5 star in my opinion.

I used to store with Public Storage and they were awesome. I had some expensive things to keep safe so it was great that they offered an insurance plan to protect my belongings. I had a 12X30 and it was very clean when I moved my things in. The light fixture lit my space adequately as well. The customer service delivered by Amanda and Cindy was top notch, always answering my questions and going that extra mile to make sure that I was satisfied.

Very friendly staff! Candy was able to answer all of the questions I had with confidence, and made sure I knew all of the extra costs that are often considered "hidden". Very happy with the customer service! While the prices are not the lowest in the area, the security of the establishment and customer service are excellent! Id rather pay a little more for superior service than save a few bucks and have a lot of headaches!

I came by the property today to price some boxes for my move. I have never been here before but was extremely happy with the service that Lori provided. She answered my questions promptly and courteously and was SUPER friendly even though I didnt buy any boxes because I found them cheaper elsewhere. Keep up the great customer service and I will definitely recommend my military friends use your facility for storage.

Made a reservation in the mid week and came in on Saturday and the reservation special that I had been promised by Candy was upheld and great customer service along with the great deal that was offered theres public storage offered. Candy went above and beyond making sure that everything was explained very well and answered every question with great deal of knowledge.

This is the second time I have rented storage space from this location and I love it! Lena was amazing and very friendly. Even though I was stressed out from moving her uplifting personality just brightened my day. She was very informative and put me at ease. The units are well kept and clean. This location if my go to for storage needs.

This location is fantastic! I use it everytime I need packing materials for my local business. Amanda is friendly and efficient, Im always in and out quickly, evrybody is always friendly. I would absolutely recommend this location to a friend. I cant say enough good things about them. The best as far as Im concerned. Thanks.

My wife and I have out belongings there and its great. The storage is plenty lite up and well taken care of. Cindy and Amanda are great people to be working with there, they are kind and friendly and will help you out in any way possible. I came in to help a friend move in to her space and came into the office to inquire about parking and was really impressed with the Paulette. She answered all my questions searched other properties for availability she went above and beyond. I will definitely be storing here in the future!

I came in to rent a unit for some excess furniture, and Paulette was super nice and accomodating when I needed to run back and measure a piece of furniture before I signed the paperwork for my unit. She was also sunny and helpful with a couple buyig boxes before me. Great customer service!

Paulette was so cheerful and helpful! This property was very clean and I love how tall the units are! This is the first storage facility Ive experienced where I can stand my kayak on end without a problem. The fact that their office is open on Sundays was also lifesaver!
