Mixed reviews about this place. Staff- Mediocre. My mom was told they had ended a promotion that the next day she signed up for online. While working with Sherri, the same gal who helped us both times she at first was rude and over the top. It was off putting and got my mom to comment on her aggression saying basically saying it was no big deal to switch her to a 2nd floor unit rather than the 3rd. It was only a few clicks and Sherri snidely said that she wished she had that information before. There were several other back and forths with an equal level of tension. That being said, after a bit she grew on me as someone who likes to play hardball. Lol almost like Fat Amy. Not my moms type. She takes her job very seriously and like some of the other reviews imagine that as being very secure. Another thing that irritating is that they failed to mention they have a moving truck thats FREE within 14 days even after they heard me comment to my mother that there was a chance their truck could be cheaper than uhaul. By chance the truck was returning as we were leaving, the ad was on the side, i went back in and they seemed resistant to give up the truck. Honestly... 3 stars in generous. Theyre likable if you can stomach them, even fun however there are some obvious gaps.

Regardless of how they advertise to beat any price and have the lowest price around, this is simply not the case. The staff have to start your bill form the 1st of the month. If your move in date is any day other than the first, you will be heftily charged. The first month for $1 also applies here. They do not start the first month from your move in date, they start it from the beginning of the next month, on the 1st. For instance, we meeded to move in on the 25th of a month for 42 days. We were charged $40 for the end of that month, the next month was $1, then we were charged a full $147 for the 6 days we went into the following month. THEY DO NOT PRORATE!!!! We went down the street to Nalley Valley Storage and saved a TON of money and the staff there is top notch. At Daffodil, the staff seem inconvienced all the time and appear too busy to give you the best deal possible. Your money is much better spent ANYWHERE else.

What a fantastic place! We have had the most positive experience from start to finish. Every person there has been so accommodating and kind. We have been in the process of selling our home and first had to start de-cluttering with a small storage space and from the start Daffodil was wonderful. We got tons of discounts to start, very clean storage unit and there are carts to help you load up your unit on site. Saved our backs! Then we were nearing closing on our home and had to frantically scramble to find a place for our things since they buyers wanted to close sooner than we thought. Daffodil was there to help us out, pro-rated us a unit since it was already into the month, reserved a space and their truck! Sherri was so great to talk to on the phone, like a person I had known forever, and really made this process a little less stressful. I would come back here again and again. Fantastic place!

After spending nearly a week visiting storage spaces in Tacoma, it took me about two minutes to decide that Daffodil Storage was where I felt my things would be most secure. Right when I walked in the door not only was I amazed at the display of apparent security in this place, but I was immediately greeted with a smile and treated as if I was already a longtime customer. I figured the price would be much higher compared to the places I had been previously but found it to be actually lower, not only that, there wasnt any hidden costs or long term commitment required to get the move in special of only $1. This really worked for my budget at a time when money was tight due to all of the other moving expenses. I would recommended this place to anyone looking to make sure they get the best quality and price in storage.

Ive been storing with Daffodil for about a year, they always remember my name and I get a warm welcome whenever I go into the office. They have great coffee and are always so helpful, I often just stop by the office to chat with the staff. When I first rented I was happy to know that I would get the same great deal whether I stayed for one month or more since I wasnt sure how long Id need it. I suggest you price shop as Daffodil does guarantee to be the lowest price, and they are by far the best quality! My first stop trying to find storage was at Public Storage since they are more widely known, I was creeped out at the first sight of rat traps all over.. not to mention the smell, they couldnt have paid me to put my things in there.

This is the nicest storage facility around ... period . ok others may be a little cheaper but what do they offer , basicly an outdoor garage , at Daffodil they have state of the art security , heated floors to keep the damp out and a very friendly and helpful staff , I really cant fault them . They do seem a little understaffed at times , but I think thats because they really try and spend time with each customer to help them out as best they can . Bottom line , I trust Daffodil storage to keep my belongings safe until I need them .

I feel like daffodil storage, when I needed storage space safety and security Was My number one priority as musician., studio engineer . The staff is friendly very personable . Im on a first name basis with most of the employees . Sherri , has been helpful Im happy with this service that I’ve had for a going on two years . You never know why you would need they but when you do they are very professional always on the time . This was one of my good investments .

Daffodil Storage sets the standard! Ive been paying to store my belongings here for a year or so, and this facility is the nicest place around. I stopped by to pick up something in my unit two days ago and forgot to properly lock my unit, as i had other things on my mind and my hands were full. Today I got a call from their friendly manager to inform me of this, and I was able to return and lock my unit before anything was stolen. Great customer service!

Priced a bit higher the other local storage in town. But it is secure and clean. Most importantly incase of a zombie break out Im think it is ideal for safe place to stay. For one zombies wont be able to figure out anyones personal code to get in the fully secure gate or the code you need to get to the 2nd and 3rd floor and 2 youll have access to most of your needs to get by for quite awhile.

Daffodil Storage has got one of the best customer service I have ever expierenced, not to mention they save me time and money anytime I need either a mailbox, moving truck or storage unit. I have been a very satisfied customer for almost two years and will continue my buisness with Daffodil indefinitly. I guarantee that you will never find a storage company like this one, ever.
