Its what I would expect from a storage facility. Clean, well lit, security systems are good. My biggest complaint is that the mechanics of the front office; theyre stuck in 1975! They dont take debit or credit cards, nor any type of electronic payment. Every month you have to mail or deliver a check or cash. Not at all convenient for the modern world! Unfortunately, considering the dearth of storage facilities in East Multnomah County (or considering all the crap the folks out here think they need to store), there arent a lot of options.

So far I havent had any problems with this company. But it has only been 2 months. The grounds are kept clean & well lite at night. Management was very understanding with moving in problems that came up. & everyone in the office has been very friendly.

They require 2007 or newer RVs which is ironic because many of ones that are in the location look trashed and my 2006 looks new. It may be a blessing because I later found out that a bunch of them have been getting broken into...

They have had multiple break ins during the recent months. We had nearly $2000 in damages to our new trailer. Security for the RV/Trailer lot is non existent.

The BEST Storage around. Privately owned, reasonable rates, friendly knowledgeable staff. Clean and good gate hours. Been with them for years.
