Horrible customer service. Bait and switch tactics and they promise everything but will never put anything in writing and then they hit you with tons of fees. Let us use the truck for "free" but then on the next bill there was a fee for the truck. Asked them to remove the fee but they kept making excuses that the owner or manager were always out of town and they were the only staff that could remove the fees. Run away from this place! Storage unit was broken into and some of our stuff was stolen, took over 6 months to get any type of payment and then it was for just a fraction of the value.

I have been at this storage unit for about 6-7 months, I have never had a problem. this place is secured so reading the last review I would like to know how his unit got broken into. Security cameras everywhere. Staff is helpful and will tell you the specials how long they are and even give a military discount. I recommend this place highly.
