I am not one for writing these things, but this facility was beyond impressive to me. I do not think my words can even capture how amazing this place is. The managers, Misty and Vince....deserve 5 stars each! They listened to my issue asked me questions about my needs, they even took the time to explain the how much would fit in different sized units. I know I wasnt an easy customer because I think I know it all, but they found a way to help me get what I need without proving I was a jerk (thats not easy) You would think that would be enough to set this place a part, but the facility wowd me even more. The floors were not only clean but shiny. who does that in storage? These guys! There were carts to make my move easier, they even have a clean bathroom! I have used storage before, my job moves me around the country, I have seen the typical storage and the people that work in them, I can safely say this facility was like putting my stuff in a Ritz Carlton hotel room. Its even climate controlled! I know my furniture wont smell funny in this facility, nor will it warp from the heat like my last experience. They even have alarms on each unit! I visited PS down the street from here and there were homeless or drunk people lying against the wall, so I left and saw this place and I am very glad I stopped. If you need storage in Seattle, Shoreline, etc this is the ONLY place to go! Thank you Misty and Vince! You made me a VERY happy guy!!

The office staff has a poor attitude. Well the wife does. Not at first but when you question something that they have done which is shady she gets nasty. They raised my rent without telling me. I was told they mailed me the notice but I didnt understand why they would when I requested to have everything e-mailed to me due to the fact we were living at a shelter. I was there less than a week before the change took place and was never told about a increase. Then when I removed the automatic payment off my account the following month they didnt run it but the next month they still ran it without my permission. She called me "you people" on the phone with me just because we wanted to upgrade and wanted to use an online code. What did she mean by "you people" why because I am black. She said this after we had been there a less than a month away from it being a year. Thats when I decided it was time to find another storage. They are extremely overpriced but we didnt have that many options because we didnt have a car. Once we were unable to come get some paperwork out of the storage they had a few police officers there and the front office lady was crying. I dont know if that was the time she got robbed by a guy who walked right in a stole her phone from behind the desk or what. They then told us that they would be closed for the rest of the day. We needed the paperwork for my husbands job and there were other people there.

Aside from its "safe" facility this place is the worst storage facility out there. They boast about how good there security is and how they keep the place clean. But what they dont tell you is all the hidden cost. Even though they boast of the top notch security they still make every person pay a mandatory insurance fee. The caretakers of the property are also very deceiving, they never return phone calls or voice mails; they also claim to contact customers when in reality they dont. Other fees not mentioned in there pamphlets, random taxes and cleaning fees that public storage never charges for. And after 5 months they have a mandatory rate increase, my rate was increased by 17%, they claim it was in the fine print, but I was never told about it and to this day cannot find the clause stating this rate hike. At least with public storage they wait a year, and its usually only a $5 dollar increase. The only reason I chose this faculty was its availability in the size I needed, but I now understand why they have so many open spaces, they screw there customers over and force several hidden fees. And after reading this review, if you still wish to use this storage facility make sure they show you( in writing) all the fees before hand, as they will not give you a copy of the contract to read until after you have signed it.

I happen to notice a negative review just now and it really got me upset. Because I am a Hispanic Female with two children, and I cant stand when people use the race card when they feel upset with someone. Because Misty and Vince are one of the GREATEST people I have ever met. Both me and my daughters enjoy going To there facility. My girls have even asked me on random days to stop by and visit Misty and Vince. Let me explain why they are so helpful and very informative. The on-site managers are very nice , welcoming people , they made sure i had everything i needed when i opened up my storage and treated me so kindly as if ive known them before. I have visited other storage places and never felt as comfortable as I did at this location. Even as a customer to other non related businesses Hasnt made me feel as comfortable or welcoming as Extra storage space did at this location. It was as if we were family that comes over on a regular basis because we love each others company.. As a mother with 2 young girls ages 3 and 2 yrs old, it was very heart breaking and difficult to move and put all my belongings and daughters bedroom furniture ( plus there toys, which was my daughters only concern

I have nothing but good things to say about my whole Extra Space experiences so far. When setting up for an organization a few months ago, I had no trouble with how the billing was set up, how my organization had to set up the payments (our rules restrictions), and how to access our space etc. Very smooth. Based on the above experience, when I personally needed to quickly locate storage this past month, I contacted the manager who found me 3 choices that day of just barely vacated units to choose from and at rates very competitive for this area! As usual, very professional, yet personable service. I was amazed when they called one evening, telling us that our lock was not locking anything (our son had misunderstood how to replace the lock). Trust me, that was stellar customer service in my book. I have already recommended this facility, and based on the highly professional and courteous service I have been receiving, I will continue to do so. I wont mention the chocolate.

Great facility and staff. This is an ALL INDOOR storage facility that seems very modern. Not sure if there are 24 hr access units. 2 freight elevators which is awesome (and they move quick!). There is no joke, at least 4 hand carts there at all times as soon as you walk in. Clean clean clean. This place has its own parking lot with way more spaces than it actually needs. I came in a little late one day and the lovely Amanda gave me a tour of the place and she was quick and cordial. Went home, game planned the unit size I would need and I came back the next day. Misty and Vince are super nice people who signed me up when I came back. Very professional crew which I like. Paperwork was electronic and I had my keys, unit, and moving stuff in in less than thirty minutes! Three words, professional, clean, and modern.
