I had the pleasure of meeting both Angel and Karla. Angel set me up with my storage and she got me the one that I wanted. She is so nice and every time I go to the storage unit she is always busy with cleaning the units or helping people who need her. She helped me a lot with mine as well as when I had bought some supplies she would help load them in my van for me. Karla I met a few days ago and she was wonderful and very helpful. She got me the boxes I needed and she even loaded up my van with the heavy stuff. Thanks Ladies for all of your help.

Amanda was so kind and helpful! She saw that I had signed up for a 5x10 and when she heard what I was storing she showed me on that would better fit my needs!! It was perfect I would have never been able to store everything in the previous area!! It was so nice to have someone who just meet me go the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of! I was overwhelmed by the level of customer service that she displayed! I think that she should have her own store! Anyone who comes to rent here will not be disappointed!

I rented a storage 2014 till current and was greeted and helped by a young lady named Karen. she was friendly and very informative. she made me feel secure in placing everything I owned with Extra space storage.. I currently am still renting a unit and in January will be staying and re-renting a smaller unit. When I come in in January I will make sure Karen is who I work with.. Thank you as putting your life in someone elses hands isnt easy but Karen made me feel safe and secure with your storage facility.

Karen and everyone else at Extra Space Storage were great! They had everything set up for me in the computer and ready to go knowing that I was a little pressed for time when I stopped by to rent the unit. I couldnt be more satisfied with them or the location and security of the storage facility. I would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone looking for quality storage locations that dont want to worry about security! As a bonus, the office, grounds and units were very clean and presentable!

We have not needed to rent storage space in a long time. Karen at Extra Space made getting a unit that met our needs an easy and successful experience. I was impressed with her quick efficient assistance in the completion of the paperwork. Not painful at all. The storage facility is great, the employee I dealt with was awful. Karen is extremely rude and did not treat me with any respect. I would never rent from them again. It is easy to find another secure storage facility that does not have employees with extremely poor customer service skills. As soon as I gave notice that I was moving out she became incredibly rude.
