Person who helped me set up the unit and account was great, nice units. Overall, a good experience. Would give 5 stars, but their mobile website is rubbish. The payment screen is almost impossible to use, as it is sized wrong and doesnt allow me to zoom or adjust the screen at all. Struggled to fill in payment information, only to find I couldnt see the "submit" button at the end, as it was off the side of the screen. Fix this, be happy to give a full 5.

Worse costumer service ever!!!! The power was out and we had a U-haul reservation and the lady proceeded to sit up in a window and yell at us that she couldnt do anything about it instead of coming down and talking to us like a professional and then other people started to show up and she proceeded to show them the same disrespect and unprofessionalism that she showed us! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Location can be hard to access as it sits on a sorta weird on-ramp/turnaround loop road thingy. Was a real bummer turning out of the facility and realising the road puts you on the freeway with no option otherwise. After 16 months we came back to find mold/mildew had fully covered our couch, which was all the way in the back farthest from the rollup door and any weather exposure.

Best experience with a storage facility Ive ever had, start to finish! Excellent customer service! The lady that helped me choose the right size unit and get me set up was very helpful, friendly and easy to talk to. The gentleman that helped me when I was ready to move my things out was awesome. I would definitely rent here again and recommend my friend and family to!!

They offer an option to remind you that your payment is due. But the reminder always comes days after they give you a late fee Ive asked multiple times for them to change the date. I will be moving to another place.
