I did not experience good customer service. My story is when an employee that represents a company. Tells a customer that they will refund your money for the storage unit. You would expect that company to honor that to their customer. But because that employee no longer works there. Its a mistake the customer miss understood the clerk. To my understanding then why would this customer call to inquire when her refund would be process. But no the man that answered the phone just kept telling me I was mistaken. I have worked for a large company I know what good customer service is. Customers comes first thats where your pay check comes from. I filed a complaint.

I have been renting from IBSS for a little over a year now, and I have nothing but kind things to say about them. Wayne and his wife are always polite, efficient and quick. They re both very personable and take the time to talk to you. When I asked to sign up for autopay it was a seamless experience. When someone attempted to get access to my unit, Wayne called me immediately to let me know and helped me change my access code. I really appreciate him doing that for me and the fact that they keep a close eye on the property. Their prices are also very reasonable when compared to other local storage companies.
