Was renting a 5X8 trailer today and while the staff was trouble shooting a right blinker issue my son was inadvertently locked in the car - on a 85 degree day! I immediately started to panic and cry uncontrollably. Brett jumped right into action and started to assured me that everything was going to be alright, that I needed to calm down and be strong so my son wouldnt be scared. Within what seemed like seconds the manager had tools there and began to wedge the door to unlock it. They stayed calm and focused and had the doors open in 3 minutes. I cant begin to tell you how well they handled the situation, the amazing customer service and attention. 5 stars from me. Oh and thank you Brett - although I am still teary, I have my son and that is invaluable. Thank you for the quick thinking and customer service! You have a customer for life.

Everything at store was pretty standard basic u-haul customer service/interaction however when I got home it showed I was charged three times on my credit card. I understand one was the actual amount and there is the standard holding one at start but three times is a bit too much to bear. The worst part was when I called customer service I was put on hold for 5 min and line dropped, second transfer and hold for 7 min and line dropped off. Finally third I got hold of someone in customer service who could not find the 3rd charge and after 20 min on mostly hold was advised it should go away in 3-5 days. When I called to rent a U-haul truck to get my business there was no hold and the process took 2 min. Funny how once they have the money there is so much inconvenience.

Absolutely terrible business practices. I scheduled to rent truck a week prior to my move across country and when I arrived to pick up the truck they were scrambling around to find the keys and the truck. They had given my reserved truck away to a walk-in customer that morning but my name was still associated with the truck. They found another truck for me but it must have just been returned because they were telling customers as I was waiting in line that they were completely out of trucks . Who knows were this truck came from and if it was in ready condition to drive across country. The next morning they called me about missing keys to the truck I had originally reserved. What a nightmare!

nothing ever comes from these reviews but hey why not. I work retail, and ill give you one guess on the main objective of working with the public...yup you got it! CUSTOMER SERVICE. These guys were horrible at every aspect of it. Rude at arrival, didnt explain anything, rude at departure heck even worse when I brought the truck back! if possible use a different U-Haul. these guys are ridiculous. (short scruffy lookin dude, white chunky guy who seems like its his first day, black kid who works outside giving you the car) u 3 need to be working in a basement somewhere far away from people.

Absolutely worthless customer service. Had to make two 2-hour drives in one day because they had no equipment to move my things in after upgrading to a larger unit. I ran over closing time by a few minutes and an employee named Eric threatens to call the cops and have me arrested because I didnt want to leave with half my stuff sitting in an unlocked storage unit. His response was literally "big deal." I asked for a supervisor. Eric said, "If my manager comes down here, youre not gonna like it."

The worst place ever. The general manager Michael Smith was extremely rude. I canceled my truck reservation and also my storage contract. I wont recommended this place to anyone. When I called customer service for help, theyre even worst. So, if you wanted to be treated rude and have the worst service from uhaul, come to this place and deal with the general manager Michael Smith. Good luck with it!

I rented a back in June. When I got the truck and drove to the storage unit there was a lock on the back. I called and had to drive back. I was told that I would receive a $50 credit,as of today 9/20 Im still waiting. The manager Michael said that I would receive my credit back to my card and nothing. Make sure to check EVERYTHING.

The two people who gave this facility a low rating are out of their minds, and more than likely being overly dramatic. I have been renting two units from this facility for over 3 months. Its clean, secure and everyone one that works here from what I can tell, is respectful and professional. The one star ratings are undeserved.

I like this place is easy to get into. The people who work there are very knowledgeable about their products. Theres storage is inside which I really like. You need a card to be able to access the storage unit very safe. But Saturdays or packed so if you dont reserve a truck youre SOL

Best facility ever. We have two storage units and have rented multiple trucks and the staff has always gone above and beyond to be helpful. Micheal Smith was hands on in ensuring that we got exactly what we were looking for. Location is always clean and secure. 100% recommend.

Overall the experience was good. I went there last minute with no reservation and was able to rent a truck at a reasonably decent price. My only complaint is when i returned the truck i had driven it 8 miles total and they charged me $15 for fuel. So refuel before you return.

When we rented the box truck and car trailer, the computer systems were down. Since the service desk staff didnt know how to do old fashion paperwork, we waited over an hour! If it wasnt for Nicholas (who knew how to write up paperwork) we would of been there a lot longer.

NEVER do the after hours check in or you have no way to dispute any discrepancies they may say against you. They charged us for fuel that was below the level that the truck was dropped off with but since no one was there when checking in we have to go by their word.

The guy who helped my boyfriend and I rent a truck was very rude. He kept sighing like he was angry and had no customer service skills whatsoever. Luckily I wont need a truck again but if I did I wouldnt come back to here. These people must hate their jobs

Went to top-off my propane tank for grilling season and had about 1/4 tank. The attendant "filled" it and charged for a full tank, but without anything to measure exactly how much was put in... I overpaid. I wont return to this U-Haul.

They were able to accommodate me under difficult circumstances. Had a ridiculous request be they went ahead and took care of me and gave me a super good deal on top of it. Better service than Penske by far.

Supposed the storage acces is 24 hours Monday to Sunday but its not true after 7:00pm the access is DENIED!!!!!! I was drive for Three Hours and arrive 6:55pm and the access was denied!!!!
