Got a storage room this weekend. It was apparently a busy weekend for such decisions. Worked with KJ, who was really patient, courteous, and just generally provided good customer service. The first room we got turned out to be a few inches too small for what we needed. KJ was kind enough to show me several options until we found one that worked. Ive been loading all day, and like the accommodations and access too.

Happy New Year! Anyone who has used a self-storage facility probably has a horror story. Im happy to say, Ive been very pleased with West Coast Self-Storage in Columbia City. Excellent customer service, clean, good lighting, and most important, your property is safe and protected. I highly recommend using West Coast Storage if you need a temporary place for your "stuff."

I just moved to the area and was super stressed out about not having enough room in my apartment for all my extra stuff. I checked this place out and it is really nice and safe! When you drive to go to your unit you have to go through a big metal gate and come into a fully enclosed parking lot! Way cool. I would for sure recommend this place.

Knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Space is extremely clean - no dust bunnies, no spills, no graffiti or insects, no funky smells and parking is easy. Staff is terrific!
