AWFUL COMPANY! Our moving truck was OVERBOOKED! Maintenance was not done on it, as it went directly to us. We ended up being delayed 5 hours and had to reschedule the movers. We purchased the Safemove protection with roadside assistance. They TRUCK BROKE DOWN ON TOP OF THE PASS IN 105 DEGREE WEATHER, with KIDS, FAMILY PETS, 2 KIDS, a FULLY STOCKED FRIDGE and FREEZER with ice bags, including ORGANIC SKINCARE for my BUSINESS and our 2 cars. We tried to get through to U-Haul Roadside Assistance that was UNAVAILABLE for 4 HOURS! We called U-Haul North Lynnwood where we rented it, AS WE WERE ONLY 2 HOURS AWAY FROM. They wouldnt help, they kept transferring us to roadside assistance. They ended up telling us to just call Highway Patrol to help, as we were in a dangerous place on the pass. We paid over $600 to tow the 26ft U-Haul truck and tow trailer to the nearest town. It took 2 days for them to send someone out with a new truck and movers. They apologized and told us to save all receipts for prompt reimbursement. We corresponded through email with U-Haul Storage North of Lynnwood, as they instructed us on emailing motel, gas, food receipts and pictures of everything for payment. We emailed everything to both Eddie Arenibas and Harley Barrett. They told us everything was great and then...nothing. No response from either one. Our family pet was ill and his health rapidly deteriorated and UNEXPECTEDLY PASSED AWAY because of that 3 day hell. Our kids were devastated. ITS BEEN 2 1/2 months and we have still not been reimbursed from them. We now have to file a suit in small claims against them. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!

Ive used U-Haul several times over the years and this store was full of people who didnt want to do anything but the bare minimum. They pushed any issues off to their computer system or saying it wasnt their problem. We had a reservation that U-Haul dispatch setup which turned out to be different when we got to the store. We had a 10" truck reservation (email proof shown to the staff), but they said it was for a van. We needed a truck and they told us that due to the reservation being made the night before it was likely that the dispatch didnt refresh their page. Blaming the software. Then when we said it was an official reservation from U-Haul they said it wasnt something they can fix and asked if we wanted the van. We had already said we couldnt use it. We luckily had a 4pm reservation for a truck that the dispatch the night before said they would cancel, but didnt. When we got there a customer was yelling at them and while she was in the wrong it seemed like they all just didnt want to calm her down, but insist that it was her fault. Yes, it was, but be human and at least sympathize a bit and try to figure out a way to help the lady calm down.

WORST PLACE TO EVER DEAL WITH! If I could give a negative star I would in a heartbeat!!!! We went in to rent a pick up truck and drove down to Home Depot (which is 1.9 miles away). We were going to rent a trailer from Home Depot, which they wouldnt allow with a uhaul truck. So we put gas in the truck right by Home Depot and drove back to uhaul(1.9 miles) got back and asked if anything could be done since we didnt even do anything with the truck and were not gone that long. They told us no which was understandable. But then informed us we drove 18 miles!!!! 18 miles, we asked how that was possible when Home Depot is 1.9 miles so at most 5 miles we might have drove. They replied that is why we tell you to check the mileage. Basically they ripped us off and lied on the miles that we started because its not possible that we would have drove that far in that short amount of time! Such a joke and rude employees. Yes its our fault for not looking at the miles when we started but shady as hell that they can lie and get away with it! Thanks for nothing uhaul!

They billed be two late fees before they even sent out the first bill letting me know that I had a late fee so my rent this month is twice as much as it should be and its all because they mailed it to my old address and mailed it late to begin with. I cant settle anything over the phone so in order to work this problem out I have to walk all the way up there to make sure I dont spend anymore money than needed. Im always on hold for way too long and cant really accomplish anything even when I do finally get a hold of a representative. They are offering me no help on this situation and over the past year they have increased my rent without telling me. I will never do buisness with them again. Do or reccomendations them at all. Im moving my stuff out before next months rent thats for sure.

Really bad customer service, I did a reservation online for a auto transport I was supposed to pick it up at 6:30 pm when I when to the place they told me: we dont have it here youll have to go to the next uhaul which it is a few miles down, I went to that location for that time it was 6:45 pm already the manager of this store told me the same answer we dont have it here north lynnwood have one youll have to go back with them. I get to the same uhaul store that I first went and a Chinese guy told me, we have it here but its already 7:06 pm and were close you will have to come back tomorrow. So be careful people dont go at this store.

Excellent Customer Service and overall experience. We initially went in person to make our reservation so we knew exactly what we would be getting size wise. The customer service agent was patient and helpful, it was on a weekday morning, so it was quiet. They called the day before our departure to confirm our truck and trailer were ready. Pick up was a breeze, they gave us exactly what we asked for and the truck was clean and well maintained. Overall we are impressed. Our friends have had bad luck with smaller uhaul agencies in Snohomish county. I will direct them here in the future.

I booked resarvation for tow dolly by phone I mention all information which car am I towing and towing with still they call me and said your reservation is ready to pickup I drove about 14 miles to pickup and then there were 3 nonesace employee came one after anothers just to hookup dolly on my truck but still cant be able to make desision weather I can have it or not because of my car was half inch higher then the limits so frustrated and I canceled reservations will never be back u haul My time, gas, mileage waste f. K

Reserved a truck, took the day off work... Misinformed of what I needed to bring to rent the truck, got what they asked and apparently was misinformed again and then was told "you can leave the store and the managers number is on the door on the way out", called the manager Eddie and was told the same thing. Then I called corporate and was told they were very wrong and was sent to the one south on 99 where they had no problem. All in all I waisted half my day and learned that not all uhauls are created equal.
