I have used this new, attractive, conveniently located on a state highway (522), several bus routes, and secure (when they are closed, no one can get inside, isnt that the way it should be?) heated storage facility for five years now. I use it to store personal goods and some of my business records and inventory for my "Dr. QuickBooks and Quicken - I make house calls" consulting business that helps people setup their books, reviews what they have done, provides support and troubleshooting, and trains them one on one. I find the hours (8-8 M-F, 8-7 Sat, and 9-6 Sun at the time of this writing) very convenient for someone who works during the day. Like most businesses, I am glad that they give their employees federal holidays off and they have been upfront with me about when they are open and when they are closed. Tommy, the manager is friendly and easy to deal with. He frequently has coffee brewing and the bathrooms are kept very clean. I do agree that if you come to the office they sometimes are closed because they are busy serving other potential clients but that is the nature of small businesses. If they always had two people in the office, we would have to pay for it with higher rental storage fees. If you want to pay over the phone, they do take credit cards. They recently knocked out a wall so their users could use one of two elevators instead of one in the two covered loading bays with plenty of parking inside. That made using the place more convenient. If you get a unit on floors four, five or six, be aware that those floors get very warm (six) in the summer but stay nice and at room temperature in the winter. Floors one, two, and three are the opposite. Best bet are floors three and four. I have referred two friends and one neighbor to this heated storage facility.

These guys lost my reservation when I was planning on storing my stuff and when I was removing my stuff. Both times I reserved a truck though them (which was supposed to be free). The first time when I called to confirm my reservation they warned me there would be no truck. The 2nd time they told me I was all set. Only when I showed up the next day did they tell me they had no truck. I had to run all over town to find a truck and pay for it myself. Also the manager was very rude and refused to believe that I made a reservation and that I confirmed. Only when I told her the name of the employee that I talked to did she partially change her tune. Really bad customer service.

Tough to beat for a storage place. Especially for a short time. 50% off first two months? Perfect.
