I was a customer at this unit for years, including time I spent on the east coast, and never had an issue. The people at the desk were polite and helpful, the rent was reasonable, and the climate never fluctuated enough to damage anything I had stored. I know people who have tried to badmouth this location, but their problems are on them for not paying their rent, as a long term customer they even made arrangements with me when I wasnt going to be back in town by the time my rent was due. There are a lot of storage scams going, but this is not one of them. In response to the above customer self-storage places always have ridiculous prices for boxes and locks, its a convenience that you pay for, bring your own when you come.

I used this facility for approx one year and for the most part I had little problems. I was in need of a safe place to keep my stuff while running all over Seattle. at the time the cost was minimal. they did have a lot of late employees at that time. but most of the time it was OK. At my age I find the more you need something things are going to go wrong. I would use it again pending my needs. I thinks have gotten better then when I used back in July of 2012. as for prices most places raise prices when the economy is bad.

I came in to pick on some boxes for my move and was surprised that their boxes are 2-3 times more expensive than Home Depot or Lowes. Time was short for me as I had movers coming in, so I purchased a couple of boxes from them anyways... They were thin and pretty weak... I stack a couple of them and some of them were crooked right the way... I am pretty up sad since I paid a higher price and get a poorer boxes... Dont buy boxes from them

Love this place. I used them when I had had a 1 month gap in moving out of one place and I to another. The woman working at the front desk was really nice and helpful. They have plenty of carts for you to move items from your car or truck and into th storage unit. The entire place is secure with cameras all around. Its nice to know that all your things will be safe.

This is the second time I have used Roosevelt self storage and absolutely love the facility and the kind management and people that run the place. I always feel safe, welcomed and taken care of here. Highly recommend this storage facility to anyone. Theyre the best!

Id give 5 stars did the attendant who helped us check in the first time. The facilities are 100% indoors, which is nice. But, many storage spaces have very limited ceiling height.
