We are originally from the East Coast, and have found that people are much different in the Bay area than back home. The employees here were extremely helpful when we needed storage in a pinch, the manager was willing to wait until after they closed so that we had a place to put our stuff. When we moved to the South Bay, they took the time to find us a place that had available wine storage for my father too.
