With an ill Parent I found myself needing to clean up and store her belongings so that we can make room for a Home caregiver. I called this Public Storage location after reading the online reviews (I can see why this location has been rated so high) and explained my needs to Vickie, She gave me the basic information I needed and we reserved a space on the phone. Later that afternoon I came into the store and was greeted by Vickie. She gave me a tour of my unit and we then went back to the office to fill out the rental documents. The facility is clean and the access to my unit is very convenient. Vickie is very friendly and I highly recommend this location.

I sold my home in August and needed to make a temporary move into a friends house until my new home became available. I chose Public Storage in San Carlos because it was very close to the home I sold. Im very happy to say that I couldnt be more thrilled with the service Ive received from Vicky, the facilities manager. She was very informative and helpful during a very stressful time. She has also been very kind to give me calls when my bill is due to be paid so I dont incur extra charges - I just love that! The facility is clean and well kept! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone with storage needs. Its been a great experience.

Vicki, the property manager at the Public Storage at 145 Shoreway Rd, in San Carlos, was very helpful in finding me a smaller unit to rent as I needed to downsize from the larger unit that I had been renting there for the last 2 years. She took the time to walk me through an empty unit to see if what I was storing at the time would actually fit. She reserved and set a date that worked for me to move into the new unit. I liked that she followed up about a week later to check that everything was to my satisfaction. She is always willing to help and I would recommend her for your personal storage requirements.

I have been renting for about 1 year now at this location. Most times when Im at the property, I see Vickie. She is very pleasant to speak with. Whether its paying a bill or bringing up a concern with the property, Vickie is attentive and listens. It is very convenient to rent at this location. The units are accessible through two gates. One of which has issues almost all the time. No worries. Just use the other gate and drive around. Getting to this location is easy. Either direction North or South 101 or even from 280, Public Storage is where Ill be staying.

I am currently renting a storage unit at the Public Storage facility located at 145 Shoreway in San Carlos. I chose this unit because it is close to the freeway and all on one level. It is also convenient to drive right up to the door to load and unload. The manager Vickie keeps the units very clean. Vickie was very helpful in making certain that the size of the unit fit my needs. I am please to know that the locks are high security locks. I feel very confident that my belongings are secure and safe under Vickies watch.

This location was SO accomodating! This spot actually didnt have space for my storage, but I spoke with Vicki who so very kindly sent me over to another location nearby. Instead of just shutting me out and telling me "no" like other storages, they actually went out of their way to find me space availability to the best of convenience. Really appreciative of how kind and knowledgeable Vicki and Stephanie were to me throughout the whole ordeal. Definitely recommend!

Vickie was not the agent at the site when we rented the unit. She came while we were there and assisted when it came time to move out. She was always extremely helpful and pleasant throughout, helping us if we ever had problems with access, and assisting with making the move-out logistics convenient. Her professionalism and attitude - -way above average for mini-storage. She gets our highest recommendation.

Vicky was great to work with. She had the perfect unit for my needs and she contacted directly the property manager Chris of the Public Storage nearby in order to make my change to a larger unit as pleasant and easy as possible. I definitely recommend this location as some units, like mine, can have 2 doors (1 on each end of the unit) making it super easy to get access to your things.

Excellent place to store your items. Very helpful staff Vickie the manager Liberato, and Angel plus other friendly staff. Vickie helped me estimate how much room I may need to store my items offered me packaging materials so that I can store my items properly. Facility is always kept clean and easy to maneuver around all drive up spaces. Once again 5 star service thank-you

This is a nicely located storage facility attended by a friendly and helpful staff "Vicki"such a nice smile. All the stores for almost all needs close,and a great small airport with commuter transportation next door,Out side parking for other visitors,And I always seem to meet nice people there-and its good to see Vicki doing her rounds to see every thing is safe!

Stephanie was on-site today and helped me with the check-in. This is my first public storage experience and Stephanie was very helpful walking me through details and giving tips on organizing in the unit. The facility is clean and easy access. Overall its a very pleasant and easy check-in experience, and I am thrilled with Stephanies friendliness and service.
