We stored household items at this Extra Space Storage facility for about two years while looking for a house to buy. Positives: 1) Facility is accessible long hours, including early morning/late night and weekends (my wife had previously used a facility that was basically open only weekday working hours, which, though it was close by, didnt turn out to be very practical!) 2) Reasonable price for generous amount of space 3) Facility felt safe and secure, even when I was there alone at creepy odd hours. 4) Staff (manager Laura) was very friendly, knowlegeable, flexible, and accommodating. For example, I needed a small auxiliary space for just a couple of weeks, and she bent over backwards to find me the least expensive space possible -- rare, and much appreciated. 5) Spaces were neat, dry, and clean. 6) Administration (billing, checkout, etc.) was automated and easy. Negatives: 1) None really. Every once in awhile other tenants neglected to return the push carts to their docks by the office, but thats not the facilitys fault.

I was able to reserve a storage online and finalize the process in-person in about an hours worth of time John and his assistant, Juanita, are incredible friendly and professional. They explained everything to me so that I could easily understand all of my options. I had checked around with several competitors in the area, but I was able to determine that not only did I get the best rate online, but the hours of operation are excellent as well and the facility is open every day of the year. I was also blown away by the top-notch security standard that is in-place at this location. They do not mess around when it comes to security, folks! So, if youre in need of a safe place to store your belongings, this is the place to go to. Give them a call and theyll get you set up in no time. Thanks again to John and Juanita for such a smooth, simple experience!

I reserved a unit via the website and was called immediately by John the manager that informed me that it was the last unit available for that size and that they would be open til 1pm (Christmas Eve) if I wanted to come in and take a look. I was able to make it there before they closed. John escorted me via golf cart to the unit, opened it so I could take a look, and even explained how to properly lock the unit. The rental process was very easy. I even purchased a box set so that I could begin packing. On the way to my car John showed me how to enter my access code to the gate, and even loaded the box set in the car for me. The hours are great, nice and clean property in a great location.

Extra Storage is my kind of storage place! From moment we entered, although there was a line, the rep was very very polite, professional, asking us to wait or come back in awhile. No problem: he very pleasant. Plus my daughter found the BEST RATE anywhere! Signing us up for space was easy, efficient and not a problem at all. He was clear, consise, patient answering all questions. Space was just as he described and clean, convenient and just what we needed. Have recommended Extra Space to friends and family!

Ive been here for over 9yrs and seen many changes for the good, and They just remodeled the facilities and did a outstanding job, the service and facilities just keep improving to almost perfection. John the manager and Saul the assistant manager have incredible costumer service they make you fill like family. Me, my wife and mom have each had a storage here since 2010. We first setup the account with John Gillette. Hes extremely nice person and the main reason we have an account here. We constantly recommends friends and family to go to this location. Awesome facility thats always clean and safe. If you looking for a place to store your stuff, this is the place to go. Plus, its cheaper than most places.

This was a good move especially after my last move which I had been burglarized by a very well-known Storage Company. I have ran it with Extra Space Storage before in Berkeley for a way over 10 years or close to it and was very satisfied. Had I done my research more thoroughly I would have found out about this beforehand needless to say it wasnt very expensive lesson.

John Gillette & his staff are absolutely wonderful! I used this facility from June 2012 until May 4, 2015 & I had no problem with storing my valuables. Had a great experience with john the manager. The site was beautiful and clean. We were escorted by cart to the unit and it was the perfect size. The experience was easy and welcoming. Made a stressful time super pleasurable. Great service and highly recommended.

Andre and Rinne were super helpful and helped us with a sick deal! Andre even hooked us up with a delivery truck we could pick up and use for our stuff so it saved the $150 uhaul charges. Highly recommend these guys!!! Great people and great safe property.
