Marinship Self Storage is hands down the best storage facility I have ever used. After many headaches and nightmares with Public Storage I switched to Marinship about 6 months ago. The facility is spotless and well cared for. Its very secure. And the manager is truly one of the nicest people I have ever met. They will go out of their way to make your experience the best. The team there is completely on top of things, allows for flexibility with your storage solution, is always willing to literally lend a hand, and are proactive and fair. Its just nice to know that I dont have to worry about anything, and dont feel scammed all of the time like I did with Public Storage. Also, the rates are completely reasonable compared to other storage facilities in the area, and for what you get I think it is well worth it. I would recommend Marinship Self Storage to anyone considering renting a unit. If I could give it 6 stars I would!

I needed a place to store my stuff and was in a bit of a panic at the last minute when my apartment did not feel like the right place for me to move into. I called Marinship and spoke to Dakota who gave me a great rate and within the hour my giant container from the overseas barge pulled up into the Marinship driveway and I unloaded my stuff in a clean safe storage container. I have moved many times and have used many storage facilities. I really like the unique personal service I get at Marinship Storage and have been very happy with the services they provide.

Over the years Ive used 9 different Bay Area storage companies in California in several different counties, and Marinship in Sausalito has been by far --for me-- the nicest. It is always very clean and quiet and is very convenient (just off the freeway) and (for me) right next to the Sausalito marinas. The current manager and staff have also been the nicest and the most helpful of all the many storage company employees Ive encountered.

I couldnt say more about how easy the process was made for us. The location is easy to find and park and signing up for the unit was simp,e. Finding and accessing the unit itself was super easy. Michael Johnson went above and beyond in helping us with special needs when we no longer needed the unit. I would give them 6 stars, not just 5, if that was available. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

Marinship Storage has been very courteous and businesslike at every stage of our business relationship. Though for reasons unrelated to Marinship Storage, I decided against storing my RV, Marinship storage, Marinship Storage will be my first choice for any RV storage need in the future. Mike, particularly, at Marinship Storage has been helpful, courteous, and informative at every stage.

I checked several storage options all over Marin and the quality here greatly surpassed anything else I saw. The staff was helpful, patient and flexible when I had to change the size of the space I wanted to rent. This was my first time using a storage facility and I feel very comfortable with my "stuff" being here. So clean! I definitely recommend it!

Easiest storage spaces I have ever rented. They are easy to get to, easy to store, easy to go in and out throughout the day, and the place is watched 24 hours. Plan ahead though. This place rents out fast!
