The service reps are very friendly and attentive to their customers, which Ive found to be rare in the storage rental industry. When I booked a unit, the rep was late and gave me a discount off my first month - great way to make up for lost time! And when I moved in, the reps were very courteous throughout the experience. It also helps that they have the lowest rates in town.

Nice facility, clean and well kept. Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. Accommodating to every inquiry regarding storage, if they werent certain the staff referred to the other location for support. I have three units located here for my residential goods. I feel my belingings will be safe until I am ready to move them.

This place is under new management and I have to say you can already see the changes. The staff is supper nice and you can tell they have been working hard at cleaning the place. I needed a second space and they had a great first month discount. I highly recommend this place.
