i am very sorry to say i rented from this storage unit and lost everything i owned. can you imagne loosing pics, videos of your children being born and there lifes, blankets and furniture that was handed down for years, all your kids, clothes, toys, movies, memeries. all my clothes dishes, jewlrey. very nice stuff. i thought it was the smart thing to do, put it in storage, and not at somebodys house so they could pick threw it. you see i didnt have anywhere to go but my car so i had room for a suitcase of clothes. i was trying to get my life back in order but just kept getting knocked down.all this stuff was my life and now i am left with nothing.. this is why!..... i fell a lil behind on payment. i think when they auctioned my unit i owed not even 300.00 it was like 250. i tried making payment keeping in contact with them.. they shot me down they didnt except payment!!! i tried having my out of state parents pay over phone with credit card.. they didnt except that either.. they wood not work with me at all.. i was trying my best thinkin they wood nderstand give me a break. or something!!! but they auctioned my life away i will never get over this it stabbs me in the heart everyday! i only pray to god that whoever bought it would contact me and allow me my personal items back they could keep everything else.. but its been like 5 yrs and i still hope for it to happen someday.. i feel like these people robbed me!! in the worst way.. ive been wanting to write them a letter for a long time explaining my pain and its on them.. i mean really woodnt except what money i had at that moment to add to the total. .totally heartless!!! i was trying it wasnt like the unit was abandoned!!!!!!!!!!!! RIGHT????? SO WHY?? i am so angrey at you and still couldnt wish this on them or anyone.. Holly Totland

they lied by quoting one price, then when the truck arrived, they quoted me another price- it was too late to do anything. Perhaps this is something for the better business bureau to check into. They were rude as well but for now am stuck with theme. when I asked to speak with a manager I was blown off. Avoid.

My daughter was behind on her storage and I was allowed to call in and make a gift payment for her. I know in the past they have worked with her and allowed partial payments. I was pleased with the service.

rented two different times here, safe and secure. will rent from them again in June!
