The office personnel were very courteous, helpful, & patient. The storage units I looked at, as well as their grounds, were clean and maintained. They had a large truck available for tenants to use, which was clean, easy to drive, and saved me the expense of renting one. The key pads for the security gate locks are conveniently located so you can access them easily from your vehicle. Their hours of daily access to the grounds are the longest Ive found (although not 24 hrs). Their rates are competitive. I recommend Powell Storage.

Good units, nice and large, clean, easy access. My only gripe is that they raise the rates with zero advance notice. I go to pay the bill, suddenly its ten bucks more than it was the previous month. That is poor customer service, guys. An email providing some justification for the increase would be nice.
