This was the worst mistake of my life. First off what they quote is nothing near what you pay to move in. There are a lot of hidden fees, I felt like I was buying a used car. I moved my personal things here thinking it would be safe for a bit while I moved from house to condo, big mistake. The down sizing took a little while and I needed the extra space. In the process I lost my job and had to start a new one. So I called the office and told them I would be late on my month there. At 6 weeks they auctioned off thousands of dollars in sporting goods without contacting me.When I came to pay they told me I still owed them money. Some how my 6 week bill for a $95 a month unit became $600. Adding insult to injury they lost my personal photos that can never be replaced and tax records. If you need to store things that are inportant I think you may want to look for a place that isnt trying to get rich off its auctions. I should have been more aware when you Google this place its auctions is one of its highest ranked listings.

I reserved a storage unit over the phone and made an appointment to do the paperwork in person. When I arrived, Babes was ready for me and was extremely friendly and courteous. She explained the rental process and fees and then took me to the unit. She made some good suggestions about organizing my stuff and keeping it safe from moisture. The facility has easy in-out access and reasonable hours. The fees and agreement were straightforward and met my expectations. Using the storage unit will save me a lot of money so I can wait until the last minute to move and not have to pay rent at two different places.

Best Ever. What great customer service I got with April. I was here for over a half hour the FIRST time came back in cause I lost me receipts and I was paying on THREE different units 2 from out of state. She helped me understand which ones I was paying on how much I was paying on each. I kept apologizing thinking I was making it difficult for her. She just kept smiling and Said she was happy to help and wanted to make sure I understood each bill and reciept. I even lost them so I came back she gladly gave me a new one with all the info. Thanks for all your help April. Have a WONDERFUL thanksgiving.

Jessie made it a very easy process to be able to quickly obtain a storage unit and was kind enough to offer a great discount for me after hearing from another friend. Art was absolutely the friendliest and most professional during my checkout. Its the security and cleanliness of the facilities that keep me trusting Public Storage for my valuables, but its these great facility managers and personnel that keep my coming back for more storage rentals. Keep up the great work and great customer service with smile and grace guys!

I would give Jessie 5 stars as she is very professional and polite. I do have two wishes though. One is that they have a trolley for every door way as we have an indoor unit, and 90%of the time, I cant find a trolley. the other would be to be able to lock in our monthly rate for a year with a fee if you cancel before. But that wish has to do with Public Storages policy rather than this property. Overall it has been a convenient location and a good experience.

Want to say this is the best storage place in Snohomish county i went in and simply asking about prices and spoke to a lady named jessie she was so sweet and careing showed me the diffrent units what could work for me and was so helpful i recommend this place to everyone make sure and ask for that lady jessie she defiantly brought a smile and relief to me and my family she was also awsome with the kids and the units are very clean. Thank you public storage.

Jessie is a pleasure. She is professional and courteous. We have been very pleased with the facility and the pricing. They usually have some amazing deals for first time customers. We ended up needing another storage unit (underestimated all the stuff we have!) which was no fault of the facilities as is was our own. Highly recommend this particular facility. Jessie is AWESOME! She is always friendly and helpful! A new person inadvertently posted our payments incorrectly, thus it showed we still owed them some money. Jessie KNOWS that we pay IN FULL and EARLY each month, so when I told her what was going on, she took the time to find the errors and asked her boss to have them fixed. It took some time, but the errors were corrected. Did I mention ... Jessie is awesome?

Babes is the person there you want to ask for! Babes really helps me so much every time I need assistance, shes always there to help. She even returns phone calls and even voicemails get returned by Babes! Really impressed, especially in this day and age! The main reason I rent space here is due to outstanding service by Babes. Not kidding at all. Thank you so much for all you do Babes!

Ive rented storage from this location a couple different times over the least ten years. Always good service and friendly people at the counter. Even though I dont currently have a space there, I stopped in to buy some moving boxes and the weekend manager remembered me by name and was very professional in helping out. Thats pretty good service, in my book!

After this experience I am going to have my mom come and get her own storage unit as well! Great experience so far -- good, secure location with lots of parking. It was easy to reserve the exact unit I needed online, and Jessie made the move-in process super easy and painless. She was very thorough in explaining rental policies and the entire "move-in" process took under ten minutes.
