On the web site it states 24 hour access. False advertising! I went in to drop off my tools at 9:55 p.m. and went to leave at 10:06 and it wouldnt let the gate open. I had to leave my truck there and walk home! Tried calling the phone number and it went to voice mail, tried texting them and no response. No hours posted on entry or exit times and no emergency contact numbers. False advertisement saying 24 hour access. Attorney will be contacted!

Terrific staff....very helpful. Fantastic clean and bright facility....great hours.....got in on a special and love the facility...great paved area around units and they have a large flat bed cart to use for loading and unloading!

Chris is very helpful. The facility is large and well kept. He allowed me to drop a couple relocation cubes near my locker in order to unload them. Most other facilities I talked to clearly didnt want to bother with the hassle.

Two break ins with damage in less than 2 months. Multiple peoples properties damaged with out anything noticeably being done to improve the Security of the facility or even any gestures that things are going to impro.

Staff is really awesome and very helpful. Rates are the best Ive seen. Only negative is you cant get in after 10pm. Which I guess is a good things for security but sometimes inconvenient.
