I moved here from the Rockaway Beach area across the street from this facility in Shadowbrook. The Managers Del and Vonn are very professional. I have had two units there in the last few years. The Service is FANTASTIC, INFORMATIVE AND VERY HELPFUL. The ezstorage could not have a better couple run this facility and I have run corporations for private and public entities.. There is a process to close your unit. Give the Manager your lock or key and put in writing you are done with unit. Whatever is left belongs to facility. If you left them to clean out your unit, then you deserve to be charged for that. They are a storage company, not a disposal company. Sorry, put the blame where it belongs write 5/3/10. You didnt get swindled, you were trying to get rid of your family stuff you could not bother to do yourself. STOP LYING AND GRIPING, THES PEOPLE WERE KIND ENOUGH NOT TO BOTHER YOU DURING YOUR GRIEVING OF YOUR DAD. READ YOUR CONTRACT REGARDING FEES AND CANCELATIONS I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO GOOD AND THE UNITS ARE CLEAN, SECURE AND THE MANAGERS THERE ARE THE BEST. IF THEY CHANGE MANAGERS, I MIGHT CHANGE. THESE PEOPLE ARE PROFESSIONAL, CARING, DO A GREAT JOB AND EVERYTHING ALWAYS LOOKS GREAT WHEN YOU GO IN. THERE ARE NO CLEANING FEES, JUST PAY YOUR FIRST MONTH AND YOU ARE GOOD TO GO. THEY EVEN GAVE ME A LOCK AND I GAVE THEM ONE BACK TO PASS ON WHEN I CLOSED ONE UNIT, I THINK THAT IS A GREAT THING TO DO. EZSTORAGE OWNER, YOU SHOULD BE PROUD OF YOUR PROFESSIONAL MANAGERS YOU HAVE, AND LET THEM KNOW IT! RECOGNITION AND PRAISE GO A LONG WAY, PLUS JOB SECURITY IN KNOWING YOU ARE PLEASING YOUR BOSS AND YOUR CUSTOMERS. I AM SURE YOU HAVE AN OWNER WHO RECOGNIZES YOUR VALUE TO HIM, I SURE HOPE SO. Ive had my stuff in here for over 3 years. The employees are very easy going and Ive always had access to my things when needed. Absolutely no complaints, though I hope this will be the last time I need a storage unit. Also price wise I would could not recommend a better company place. Many are charging $40-50 more and in the 3 years our space rent has only gone up once by $10.

By FAR our WORST storage rental experience in the past 20 years! Dont let the smiling faces of the people who work there fool you! Once they have your money they are RUDE, not helpful & downright nasty. We have rented from 12-15 places over the past 20 years & this place ranks dead last! Plus, the cost of the unit for what you get is not a great value for money. Renter beware!

Be VERY VERY careful here. The people that run this facility will do whatever they can to make a buck! They will "pull" contract language out when it suites them BUT conveniently not explain next steps when it suits them. They also will not go to ANY extra steps to rectify a mis-communication. I would suggest you move out at once. NO STARS!!!
