This particular Public Storage is the best deal on the peninsula. Their prices are on par with low end, old outdoor storage, but instead, it is a modern building with all indoor storage. Inside the lockers was no different. I couldnt find a single spider web, and while it doesnt specifically state that it is climate controlled, the fact that it is indoors guarantees a certain amount of consistency in the temperature - it is at least better than leaving things in an attic or any self storage outside. On top of all this the employees are extremely helpful. Stephanie helped get me into the smallest unit possible for all the stuff I was storing and recommended some supplies to keep my things in good condition while they were stored, but I never felt pressured to buy any of it. She actually seemed to care about my stuff as much as I do, which was a first for me. Long story short: great prices, great people, great facilities. I have no complaints.

Having never used a storage facility before, I did my due diligence and read reviews and visited facilities in the area. Public Storage in Belmont stood out because of Stephannie the manager. Stephannies name was referenced in most if not all the positive reviews for her Belmont PS facility and meeting her in person sealed the deal and made it an easy decision to choose her facilities over all the others. Over the past 5 months, she has continually exceeded all my expectations, and went above and beyond when she contacted me because I hadnt locked my unit properly. Stephannie is a great manager whose extremely competent at her job, has positive work ethic, wonderful personality, and a inviting smile that makes her a pleasure to work with and will be missed when we move. I highly recommend Belmont PS because of Stephannie!

I have rented a storage unit in this facility for a little over 2 years. The facility is very clean, climate controlled, easy, and user friendly. The price is very reasonable as well, and they can easily set you up for auto pay so you dont need to worry about it. When renting, the terms and conditions were very clearly laid out as well as steps for vacating, etc. In addition, there are good access hours with security gating for the location as well. Lou and staff are very friendly, even accepting the fedex and ups boxes that arrive for me from work!! Highly recommend this location if you need either short term storage or long term needs.

I walked in today since i am on the verge on moving so i came in to ask for prices since i am on a budget,and as soon as i walked in the atmosphere was Perfect.. Ralph and Juan were the best, they answered all my questions i left the store, and all my questions were answered.. the best friendly, customer service i have received, definitely will be coming back here, in a couple days. Last minute! I called around looking for a storage all morning with a specific size and specific location at a reasonable price and this place was just a blessing. Ashley helped me and she was amazing. Ashley made the whole process very easy showed me the storage first and took care of me right after. Just an overall amazing experience, the whole staff there was great and they definitely keep this area clean. There is a manager on site in case of emergency, cameras and well lit at night. Thank you to the staff especially Ashley who helped me you all were great!

The gates to this location were not locked. There was no attendant in the office. When the attendant arrived, I was told "no" before I said anything. I asked to use the restroom and was told no again. When I left the office to go to my unit, I was asked where I was going, as if I didnt belong there. Most of the parking is as far away from the storage units as you can be without leaving the property. No shaded parking is available. Lackadaisical security, poor customer service, and less than optimal parking give this business 1 out of 5 stars.

This place is run by a very efficient team. Lou (Belmont, Ca) is the best. He helped me out when I was stressed out and understood my situation as a individual, he cares. I owe much of my moving into this particular PS to Lou. Currently I am extremely unhappy with my current storage provider and was not sure where to turn to, until I called Lou. I will be moving my belongings into my new unit and I feel relief. Thanks to Lou and his team for stepping up and providing the type of service that is hard to find. Melinda George

This is an amazing facility because of the outstanding attitude of Stephanie and Chris. From the time I acquired the unit two years ago until my vacating the unit this week, every possible customer service experience was a pleasure. In every instance, whichever one of the two I dealt with went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of completely. Public Storage Belmont, CA is one of the best places to make business with. The staff is always professional and very helpful; they like to go beyond their duties to help customers and make them happy with what they need. Angel and Lou are always on top of the game, always with a big smile and with an “I can do” attitude. The day I moved into public storage in Belmont on the ONeill Street I had some difficulties and which I was getting frustrated with and due to the staff at the office being Juan R. Might difficult unfortunate circumstance what set to ease. Thank you for the patience and understanding public storage I highly recommend anyone who wants to make more room in their house garage or even the backyard Public Storage have got plenty of room and plenty of friendly service

Moving is always such a pain but this location has been extremely helpful throughout the entire time! Very patient and did everything they could to better accomodate every situation to its fullest. Highly recommend this location. Stephanie has been an incredible help and speaks with every client on a personal level which really shows that your stuff is in good hands. Its not just any old storage place, this location can definitely be trusted.

Great location, secure, and very convenient, competitive prices-- I have stored my stuff here for ten years. The staff is extremely helpful and have always been excellent to work with. Stephanie reminded me of my upcoming moveout date deadline so I didnt accidentally get charged an extra month. Shanice was super nice and made sure to stay by the office Just to make sure I was able to move out on time. Definitely recommend to others.
