City storage is fine, Ive rented a storage room from them for years. The staffing in San Francisco is great. I have downgraded City Storage due to their accounting department. They have overcharged me on several occasions. One would think for a top notch storage facility that they would have a top-notch accounting department. Check your bank statements.

Honestly, this is about as good as a storage facility can get. Clean, temperature-controlled, and really nice staff, many of whom have been there for years. I highly recommend City Storage if you need to use storage!
