I rented here for about 9 months as I was looking and moving into a bigger place. They were great! I love the facility, big and clean. My sister went with me once expecting it to be creepy...far from it. After I moved procrastinated on moving out. I thought I should make it coincide with the monthly billing. Turns out I not need to wait. They offered a refund for unused days and I promptly received a check about a week later. That was a nice little bonus.

Climate-controlled, clean, and secure. Everything I want. Staff is friendly and professional. Wide aisles and big carts provided. The many times weve been there, it is quiet and uncrowded, even on weekends. Codes are required to get onto the elevator and to each floor, so its very secure. Nothing goes unrepaired. The restrooms are well-maintained. Driving a big truck there is easy with loading spots and no tricky hills or big roads. Highly recommended.

Ive rented various types of units here and cant complain about anything. The staff is all very friendly and the prices seem to be in-line with other storage units in the area. Collocation with a Hertz car rental has also made this place somewhat of a one-stop for me as well. Great place!

Upgraded to a bigger unit during a move, and when I showed with a uhaul full of stuff, my code didnt work. Their on call maintenance determined my problem to be a "non emergency" and cost me a whole lot of time and money.

These guys are best. I had very good experience twice when I went for Uhaul pickup. They also have storage options from small to large. Every storage is having temperature control maintained in all seasons.
