I am here helping my mom organize and put things in out of her unit an Wendy has been giving us a hard time due to late fees on my unit. I have my own insurance and she continues to push me to get their insurance and I have told her that I dont need to provide my proof of insurance. She has said that I cant have access to my space until my late fees are paid. I have made no attempt to access my unit and she tells my mom that unless were moving into or vacating the unit then if we are here for more than an hour then we are loitering. I have been a customer with public storage for years but I am probably going to get storage at another company since this one doesnt seem to care about theirs. I have always been courteous and have always cleaned any mess made while here. I am appalled at the treatment we are receiving today. All this over $40 of late fees that I cant pay right now. My unit also got broken into two months ago and I was very patient and understanding about it, but I am being treated this way.

I have been a long time customer, with two different units and while Preshus was fantastic with customer service I have had a unsatisfactory experience with Wendy. I have been lied to about a variety of topics from the day I rented my second unit. I have been told for over 5 months that the lights in my unit would be repaired. For that time I have made my payments and tried to stumble through the dark (I have a 10x30 unit that is pitch black in the back) After 4 months of asking for help and being told the lights would be fixed, I found out today that Public Storage isnt going to fix the lights because of the fire hazard. Fire hazard? Why not tell me that 5 months ago? It is likely more about keeping the power bill down. If the lights dont work, no power is being used and costs to run the unit is down. I have paid them full value for a unit I can only use halfway because it is too dark in the back. Not cool.

Wendy is amazing! The company not so much. I have been with them for 7 months now and almost the entire time it has been dark in my hall due to a lighting issue- What we though was the light being burnt out turned into a lighting banister being bad- This took 5 months to get replacement lights for my unit- Wendy has tried so many times to get me these lights that were needed in my hall and although she has tried her best her company is letting her down in settling this huge problem in a timely manner. Here we are five months later and its still very dark in my unit! If the company head honchos would get off their lazy butts and make sure that their CSRs are taken care of there probably would not be any issues! Wendy is freaking awesome with her communication skills to her customers! She should be given a raise! So for WENDY I GIVE 5 STARS- as for the company they get 1.5

This place is terrible . I went yesterday to access my storage unit and was unable to get into it due to damage to the locking mechanism.. management staff was unavailable until 1130am. I was told that my unit was one of seven that were attempted to be broken into earlier in the month and they forgot to notify me or put in a repair order to have the damage fixed .. after several calls to the regional manager and the district manager I got someone down to fix my lock so I can access my storage unit.. and over half of my possessions were missing ,then I was told my unit was not the ones of the earlier break ins and that this was a separate incident but after I called the Auburn Police Department no reported of break-ins had been made to this address in the last month...so whatever you do do not use this place to store your possessions or they will come up missing

I started renting storage unit in December of 2015 5 months ago . I did ask if there would be a rate increase within the year and was told possibly be but it would not be too much. Well I received a call saying that they sent me mail but it was returned. They did have my current address, I receive all my other mail. I asked what were they trying to send me because I pay before payment is due. I was told they were giving me notice of rate increase. I asked how much was increase and was told a $20 increase! Unbelievable not even six months yet let alone a year. Everything was going good and if I lived closer I would move my things somewhere else but at the moment thats not possible. So what started out as a do able thing has turned into gimmick sad to say.

This place is a nightmare. I had a severe leak. It took 120 days tocome and even look. I also made 91 phone calls. I also had ants. They never did one thing to help. They all lie and stick together. I took them to small claims. And got a judment against them for $5045. They have refused to pay so it is now in Superior Court and the Sheriff will serving papers for garnishment. Wendy is a trouble maker and is going to be sued for perjury. Greg and Devon both cannot be honest either. The storage unit will be picketed every day until they pay what the court awarded. Stay clear of this place.

I had the best experience with Wendy! I was in a pinch to get into a unit quickly. Wendy went above and beyond my expectations and made it happen as quick as I needed it to happen. She was full of Grace and compassion for my situation and so professional. I only needed a one month rent to store my belongings and that was no problem. When I went to cancel she made that easy as well. All I can say is people like Wendy are rare. She truly cares about the customer. I will always recommend and share my great experience with Wendy at public storage. Thank you Wendy.

Wendy is so rude I was going to rent a unit but cancelled my reservation because she was so disrespectful over the phone. My phone had a glitch and accidentally made 3 reservations and she called and these were her words "you actually made 3 reservations and that is absolutely not ok" and proceeded to be disrespectful. So i complained to her sup but from what it sounds like on the reviews nothing will be done. She was so rude to.say the least i wont say on here what she really is but it rhymes with hunt....

I have rented units here off and on for the past 10+ years and I must say the current configuration spearheaded by the truly wonderful manager Wendy is by far the best it has ever been. The property is kept incredibly clean, new weather resistant doors and the feeling of being in a safe environment go a long way in my book. Wendy deserves 5 stars alone for her commitment to customer service and tactfulness when dealing with what can be difficult situations for folks. Highly recommend!
