Water leaking from roof into my unit and they frankly didnt care to contact surrounding rental units owners to insure their units werent leaking also. If I could have given zero stars I would have. My unit was leaking and when I went down to the office to let them know they looked at me like I didnt know what I was talking about and gave me some attitude. Well.,.. if you have water dropping on your head... dont you think you would know it? They didnt believe me so they went with me to look at the unit for themselves. Then their attitude changed - but at no time did they take responsibility. The ceiling insulation was full of water in the unit - some of which had burst dumping water into my unit. I specifically questioned them about the units surrounding my unit, and they said they would NOT be contacting the individuals with those units. I had hired individuals to assist with the move into my unit and informed the storage unit of this, I had to then hire individuals to help with moving the stuff to a temporary location to assist and then back again into the unit once it was repaired.. No offer to reimburse me or compensate me by offering a discount of the rent. In no way would I recommend this company. They do not have your best interests - they just care about renting their space. If they did care, they would have alerted the units around me. I spoke with several of the individuals employees there.. none of whom would call the other renters. Needless to say, I moved my items into another Storage facility as soon I could. Customer service friendly? Definitely not.

We needed a unit quick as we were moving from another storage place where we had been burglarized. Ann responded to my queries about costs quickly. Within 24 hours we had a unit at a great price in a facility with some great security. Also helps to have a self service moving van available so we can make the move on our own quickly.

Ann is very friendly and answered all our questions. She showed us a couple of different units even though we were shopping around. We did return to sign up. Clean facility and close to our home. The carts are a little inconvenient being theyre at opposite ends of the building.

I am very happy with the customer service at Lakeland Hills, especially Danielle and Anne. The complex itself is very clean and well maintained and I have no worries about the security of my belongings. Definitely a step above other storage facilities Ive been in.

Very friendly service. Units were clean. Wish they had senior rates. Would like rental rates to be from date of rental to the actual day a person stops rental and not be from first of month. If you do not use a full month you still pay for a full month.

I made a reservation online on a Saturday night and received a phone call first thing Sunday morning. We moved our stuff in about 20 min later. Excellent service, friendly staff, extremely nice and clean facilities. Will be recommending :)

Good service and friendly staff but the website said 5% senior and military discounted rates and, once I arrived, I was told in person that was not the case. Frustrating. Other than that, no issues yet.
