Sandi Clark made my many Mini Storage experiences a breath of fresh aire. She heard my needs and stepped into her "people helper" to meet those needs. I recently needed to upgrade to a 10X20 and Sandi made it happen in mere minutes....while eating her well deserved lunch. I also have use of the moving truck to complete my move. I am getting ready to travel for a few months and feel secure that my belongings are safe and secure. No worries whatsoever....as long as I pay my bill. I have used a few national brand storage facilities over the years and was dreading my storage needs once again. No dread this time as ABC is withaout a doubt, the friendliest and most accomodating facilty to date. I am totally impressed and will sugar coat it. Five Stars...a 10...Blue Ribbon..... I just went through a difficult move of my local business and ABC Storage made my experience very streamline and enjoyable.. from the incredibly friendly & helpful staff to the pristine storage units, my time spent at ABC was nothing less than amazing. I was also able to use the great, free moving truck which alleviated so much stress during the move. Ive driven by ABC Mini Storage daily for years on my way to work.. the new, clean look of the facility and all of the great signage drew me in. I previously contacted 5-6 Storage spaces, landing at ABC and signing a rental agreement immediately after talking to Sandy. Im so happy to have found ABC Mini Storage!

We currently rented a 10 x 15 storage unit and have been accessing it quite regularly. We have found everyone that we have dealt with from the time we signed up to be more that helpful. I love having access to the hand cars. They have really come in handy for us. We plan to use the truck when we have to move our belongings into our new home. The employees have been very kind in answering all our questions and in helping us any way that they can. We give them a thumbs up for service and friendliness.

Ive had a couple bad experiences with storage facilities, especially charging tons of fees, and generally feeling scammed. This is not the case at ABC. Sandi is friendly, getting setup is easy, and its nice knowing exactly what the initial and monthly charges are and not having to do the math on all the extras Ill be charged for. Its one price, you pay it, and thats that. Facility is clean and organized, Im actually looking forward to keeping my stuff here.

Calling and getting information was extremely helpful in determining my decision. When I went into the office, she was super friendly and very cooperative in helping me out with making my reservations and answering all my questions. This is my first time getting a storage unit, so I had a few... :) I highly recommend them for helping with your storage needs. They also have the box truck available to help you with your move, which is AWESOME!!!

I went in to rent a storage unit for my son and was greeted with a very friendly and helpful attitude by Sandy...the site manager. I was unsure of the size I needed but she was more than helpful in assisting me with a determination of approximatly what size unit I would need. I highly recommend ABC Mini Storage (this site especially) I would gladly use their services any time I needed storage.

needed a storage unit right away, was given opportunity to come in same day and look at one that would easily fit my needs. was told it could be put on hold until end of day and was given excellent customer service over the phone. went to location and was given the exact same plus more friendly conversation. nice office staff and actually felt safe when I was alone at the unit. thanks guys!

She made the whole process simple, efficient and fun - even when I forgot to give my husband the keys... she had a quick and easy solution to ensure we were able to move in before the weather took a turn for the worse. Theres not much more stressful than moving...especially when all your "treasures" dont fit into your space. Sandi and Colleen were so helpful and easy to work with that I actually laughed and enjoyed visiting with them. The same day I inquired about space, I got an inside very clean 5x10 for less than I expected. I highly recommend ABC Mini Storage in Pacific.

Been using this location for storage for the last two years and the staff has always been very accommodating, friendly, and easy to work with. They keep the premises very clean and organized. Very secure access and they staff takes security very personal and serious. I would recommend this facility especially if you are a business needing extra space.

Leasing our first unit was very easy; I especially like the option to set up automatic payments. ABC let us use their moving truck on our first day, this helped move many of the items too big for our minivan. We now have a second unit and are very happy with both the location and the service we get from ABC Mini Storage in Pacific WA.

The customer service was knowledgeable and polite which made the renting process quick and efficient. The grounds are clean and secure. The unit was spotless, but the door way to the climate controlled seams small and the hallways a little tighter then I would like.

Super friendly staff!! Free moving truck! Easy access to units with wide aisles and lots of entrance doors so you can get as close as possible. Hand trucks and carts available to use. Good security processes in place. Prices are very affordable.
