Was great at first then went down hill. Was on auto pay as I lived in California and rented this in Bonney Lake before moving.Had no issues until they took me off auto pay and then it took months and many phone calls to make sure my bill was paid after I noticed they hadnt put me back on auto pay when they took me off for over charging me for the insurance after I cancelled. I called every month and was told I was on auto pay and sure enough Id check it on the 1st and had to call and tell them they didnt put me on auto pay like I was told the month before and all she could say is "I dont understand why it didnt " I wouldnt ever rent from these people nor would I recommend them. Take your business elsewhere not worth the hassle and stress especially if you plan on moving several hundred of miles away and have to argue with them over the phone.

The staff are rude and their units are the most expensive in the area. Im not sure how they are still in business.
