I dealt with James, who was very professional and courteous. He honored an expired referral coupon for me, which got me the first month free even though I only planned to be there 2 months in the first place which was very big of him in my opinion, and really helps me out right now. My father had been storing here for some time and the place came highly recommended. I wish more places had customer service like that. Definitely recommend

The young man who helped me today was incredibly friendly and helpful. The original unit I reserved was too small and he was kind enough to show me a couple more until I found the right one for me. Also, the computer in the office was running a little slow but he remained in good spirits and being in the customer service industry myself, I really appreciated and admired the way he handled the entire transaction. Been a customer for over a year. Went there today and found our storage unit was broken into. About haft our camping gear was gone. No sign of break-in anywhere. Appears someone pick lock or had a key. Went into office to let office person know, and no one around. If you have good stuff. Dont buy lock from this company use your own lock. Recommend that you look for a more secure place if you want to keep you stuff!!! DVC

Kelly Cormier is an awesome Manager! She makes it easier for me to store my samples for work. Shes even assisted me with putting together shelving, and thats something she didnt have to do.
