I am a current client of Security Public Storage. Office is really nice but I have a horrible field-mouse problem in my storage locker. All of our belongings are either in sealed plastic totes or are pieces of furniture. When we initially brought it to their attention they said that it has never happened before. They said that it might be a neighboring storage unit that has food and that they are climbing over the walls near the ceiling. So all I am saying is that there are mice and this is not a skewer posting. They simply have mice since they are next to a huge field and I want to let people know. You can read my review however you want but it is a simple fact that we had an issue with mice. **UPDATE** Again, not trying to kick a dead horse or complain too much so I will stick to the details. As listed above my wife and I have a storage locker/mice issue at Security Public Storage. I just want to be clear that I contacted the office on multiple occasions regarding the mice and the only solution was to place mouse traps and poison in the locker. I get that. However, at no time did they ask to help beyond that or inspect my locker (even after I offered immediately after first siting of a mouse). The office staff said that they would reach out to their regional manager for a solution. (See mouse trap/poison sentence for solution). However, after trying to get them to fix this nothing was ever done. I even went to the office staff when my friend and I saw a mousee dying from poison outside my locker door. Before you think anything, I get it - the poison worked on that mouse and the poison was doing its job. My point is that I am not asking for a handout, I have paid them every dime I owe them. Again, I just want to point out that we have a mouse issue that is caused by either the neighboring fields or neighboring units. It was not effectively addressed and the office did not ever reach out to me except on the one occasion that the delivered traps and poison. However, now that I have posted a negative review the Security Public Storage Corporate office in Sacramento has called me and is trying to convince me to change my rating and give them more stars. I am truly trying to leave a sincere review that accurately describes my experience with Security Public Storage. For anyone who reads this, I am not embellishing. You might have a wonderful experience here so please read other reviews to gain a better perspective regarding Security Public Storage. I am just one negative review. There are plenty of good ones. Yet I am starting to doubt the legitimacy of many of their 4/5 star reviews after experiencing the tenacity by which they hound you to increase your rating first-hand if you leave a bad review.

I stored here for a year and had an awesome experience! The owner and staff are so friendly and helpful. The unit was clean and affordable and they arent kidding when they called this place "Security" because they have cameras surveying every nook and cranny, and each unit is rigged so that if someone were to follow another individual into the facility without entering your personal gate code and then tried opening your unit it would set off an alarm. My girlfriend used another storage company and pays just as much but her place has less security, its less clean, she had issues with the owner who lost her rent and tried charging her more and many units (hers being one) dont have outside access so you have to go into a dark hallway and try carrying your couch or dryer or whatever, around a tight corner... Its miserable. An absolute mistake! Every unit at Security Public has easy drive-up access. Also, when moving out of the storage unit I made a couple of trips and accidently left my personal dolly outside... I was worried that someone else would have taken it but because the grounds are constantly patrolled the owner found it and held it for me until i was available to pick it up. Lastly, the location is fantastic being so close to the freeway.

They allow unauthorized people on the premises and they can crawl through the tops inside the storage units, between the units virticle to eachother. So if u have a unit the top of your unit a small enough person can crawl into your storage either behind you or in front of your unit. Otherwise, should you be a customer there and stuff come up missing they will deny deny deny until you actually force them respectfully to give your when your code was entered and dates are proven not to match up to the dates you were even in town they will "claim" after your code was entered over twenty times while you were clearly not even in the state that they "checked the tapes" after an hour of the customer "requested" they be looked at, and say "oh no we checked it and nobody was in there but you each time" when theres no way in hell they could check it in an hour. Then refuse to let you yourself see the tapes from each time your code was entered....a little fishy to me.

Ive never had to rent a storage unit before, after searching around Security Public Storage was the best around for the price, location and size. I really enjoy the service I get they ladies are really nice and they know who I am when I walk-in, also what storage unit I have; they were great when helping me move from two five by five units to one ten by ten. The facility is clean and I love how there is security tapes and also how you have to have a code to get into the building and they have great hours. All-in-all I am very happy with my storage unit and the people who work there I would recommend them to anyone I know who needs storage!!!

having to move, very unexpectedly, we needed to find a storage unit THAT DAY. I called around and Carole was very helpful and got us exactly what we needed. She had all of the paperwork ready to go when we got there, and 1,2,3, we were in a unit! Im not happy to need a storage unit now but, since it is a necessity, I am very glad to have it at security public storage. Knowing I dont have to worry about the safety of our possessions makes the moving process much easier.

We just moved to this area and needed a storage unit at the very last minute and found this storage facility conveniently next to where we are living. My interaction with the Manager Carol was incredibly delightful! She was so helpful and so willing to help with what I needed. She provided helpful advice and recommendations which I found useful since I was a first time renter. The facility is clean and very secure. I recommend this facility!

I have never used a storage place. My friends have all had problems with their storages being broken into. I chose this place because of the secuirty. I feel comfortable knowing that if anyone tries to brake in there is an alarm that goes off. also the staff was very helpful answering any questions. The only issue I have is the price of storage these days. I priced out storage places they were right in the ball park of everyone else.
