From the first phone call, working with Hank has been a pleasure. I have nothing but good things to say about renting three storage units from this facility over the course of two years. Your belongings will be safe, secure and well taken care of. From past experiences, I was used to poor customer service at other storage facilities where I was assured that the smell of cat spray was just part of storing belongings. The units at the Arnold facility are odor free and there are not people hanging out in their units for hours on end. The temperature control of the building makes summer and winter storage enjoyable. Hank and the rest of the staff have a eye to keeping the standards high, which I have appreciated. I cannot imagine storing our entire lifes worth of belongings at an outdoor unit or where security was questionable. You wont be disappointed with this place--a real "class act."

Hank and the 2 young women who work with him are friendly, professional and reliable. They are the kind of customer service staff one doesnt encounter all that often these hurried days. The facility is always clean and well maintained, which was not always the case before Hank took over. I cannot say enough good things about this team! Now, a word to the upper management of Public Storage. I have had my unit at this location since the summer of 2008, and every single year my fee has increased by between 10% and 13%. I know the average cost of living index is not increasing in double digits yearly, and I know utility costs are not going up that much either. Im pretty sure you are not giving your staff annual 10% raises. So whats the deal with the constant excessive increases?

After looking at storage units and services, I found Public Storage on 901 Arnold in Martinez to be top notch. Not all storage places are equal - even with the same company chain. This place was clean, secure and I felt safe. What made it great is that the manager, Hank took his time to review my needs and ensure all my questions were answered and what were my options. Follow up was great too. If you are looking to store in Contra Costa, be sure to check this place out. You will be glad you did.

Their moving supplies were handy and good quality, and accepted returns for unused items. The staff even made suggestions on how to reduce costs for storage and supplies. I have been a previous tenant at this location in the past for a over a year. I was in need again of a storage facility and did not want to store my belongings at any other location. I was thankful to find exactly what I needed once again at this location. The manager Hank is such a pleasure to deal with. He is very clear and informative. Monnique, one of the Customer Service Reps at this location, was extremely helpful for my mother. She assisted my mom with her belongs that she had shipped to California, by setting her up with a properly sized unit (10x15). A big time help for a big time trip! This indoor facility is great for those who dont wanna deal with the elements and the units are all easily accessible. I give this location a 5 all day!

One of the benefits of a Public Storage facility is its familiarity. But cleanliness and the efficiency with which it is run is of course not universal at every Public Storage. Hank and his staff are a stand out in this regard. Very professional and highly responsive, I cannot say enough about this facility. Ive had a number of storage units over the years and this is by far been one of the best experiences.

The manager of this property Hank is terrific. He is very helpful and worked hard with me to get the best price on the different storage units Ive rented. I have to admit I wasnt thrilled to have to make a double move and put my home in storage but the guy at Public storage in Martinez really was helpful I recommend Arnold drive and talk to Hank, dont talk with a Bernard as he promises the moon and doesnt deliver. Hank is who you want! Loreal

Been using this storage since 8/28/2015. Still doing business with them. Great work Ken! I have been to other public storage areas and only stayed a few days. As I found out some units were being lived in and storage units being looted.
