I moved to California with my family about 6 months ago. It is difficult moving to a new place because everything you decide is so new and unfamiliar. One thing that really turned out well for us was finding a great storage facility. When I walked into Seaport storage in Redwood city, CA, I was very impressed at how nice the facility was. Not only did we get very good customer service from an employee named Thomas but we were assured that our personal items would be safe and very secure at this particular location. They have about 20 or 30 monitors behind the desk in live time showing all the areas that are being monitored throughout the whole location. Also, the technology that they use to identify a customer is by pin number and a thumb print identifier. They provide huge carts to help you move your things from your car to your storage. The elevators are nice and big and you never have the problem of being able to fit things into it. The facility is air conditioned and they use the newest locks for extra security. It by far is the most secure, clean, technologically advanced and customer friendly storage facility that I have ever been to. Oh yeah, and get this...they have a moving truck that they rent out to customers for free. Yes I said for free. All you are responsible for is the gas to make it go and if its available for use then its yours to use. I would recommend Seaport Storage to anyone out there!

My MOM has had her storage their for a few years. The prices go up every year and when you rent a storage their pricing is a little vague. I needed a unit and was low on funds. The guy that works there said he would rent me a 7x14 space that was $200. A month for $100. Due to mom was a good standing customer. I was so happy. I felt like I had won the lotto. He failed to mention it was only for the 1st month? I would have never rented it for that $. After moving all my stuff in. Who wants to move it again a month later? Needless to say its clean, safe, and staff is friendly. But the pricing like every thing in bayarea is rediculious for the amount of space.

Seaport Storage in Tampa is OUTSTANDING!! Mike at Seaport Storage went out of his way to provide us great customer service! As we were driving to Tampa from Northern VA on a Friday, he was able to email us all necessary paperwork and help us finalizing move-in for Saturday even though the office is closed over the weekend. Mikes ability to assist us in coordinating a weekend move-in helped tremendously as we were able to keep our stuff closely located to our new apartment in Channelside. The cleanliness of the facility and ease of access was superb! I highly recommend using Seaport Storage for any storage needs in the Downtown Tampa/Channelside area!

We had to move out of our business location and rented this storage space based on location and price, but....I experienced much more than just good price and easy access. I honestly wish that all of the services we come across would be so honest, friendly and helpful. Facility is very well equipped and very clean. I rented a storage for a month and was taking and bringing staff every day-never had a single problem. I would highly recommend this storage facility to anybody in need for storage.
