This place was good, then the management changed! Now it sucks.. I had a PMB (personal mail box ) there for years, but had to get one somewhere else. The new staff is careless, and sloppy in there work. I was ALWAYS getting other peoples mail in my PMB, and was not getting all of my mail. After not getting my paychecks, financial statements, and packages I stopped doing business with this place. I also asked several times to be put into contact with the owner (off site). they refused!! They do not want him to find out of all the problems this place now has.

I have been doing business with Sunnyvale Storage for 3 years now. They did have staff issues and problems became evident. However, business is under new management and all staff is new, professional and courteous. The new management has been working on many changes including remodeling and updating office. Plus, they are running many specials that benefit existing customers as well as new customers.

The mail issues have been solved and shouldnt be included in your decision to come here because this is a STORAGE facility. That being said this place is great. The new staff is very friendly and helpful and they have the best prices in town. I have been here for 10+ years and have never been happier with how things are being run.

Just rented two spaces and got a total of 4 months free! I guess this is all new staff and they have just redone the office and security. The new manager Chase said he hasnt had anything but great comments for months. I for one agree and I only saw what looked like the same complaint posted twice about mailboxes. Go figure.

I have used this storage since 2006. The new management in 2009, Chase, and his lovely staff have really made this a nice local company and business.....not a chain! Love the murals! The new management must be doing something right, because now not only is it a full house, there is a waiting list! Im not going anywhere!

The management that I am dealing with is great!!! I had an issue with my checking account and the manager worked with me. He is very understanding. I like the prices, too. I plan on keeping my Partylite candles and product there and even though the building is old, it stays cool.

Depending on your needs, Sunnyvale Self Storage could be a great option. If you dont need 24 hour access, and are patient for waiting for a space and on working with the staff, it will work well for you. Lots of variety in storage space size, a friendly staff, and cool murals.

Ive had a storage unit here for about six months, and Im very happy with the staff and facility. I like that its a local business, not a chain, and that theyve got some big murals by a local artist.
