Jessica and Nan from Storage PRO, Hayward came through once again. They both helped me resolve a legal situation regarding my storage unit. Nan explained Storage PROs rental guidelines and the legal steps they can take. After contacting my family lawyer, I got the proper forms signed and notarized. I did not want to delay the proceedings so, I personally hand delivered the legal documents to Jessica. She then wrote a new contract for my unit, putting my mind at ease. Now, I feel a 100% better, that I had discussed my legal situation with Nan and Jessica. It is better to ask questions regarding your unit rather than to hesitate until it is too late. They are the PROS in this business and if they dont know they will find out for you. Do not lay in the dark wondering, I should have done this, now its too late and I have lost everything. Dont be afraid to ask questions even legal ones. Im so glad I did. Thanks Nan. Thanks Jessica.

My husband and I are impressed with the courteous service, clean environment, and great location of StoragePRO in Hayward. We have been renting there since 2010 and have never had a problem related to the staff or accessing our property. Jessica was very helpful in suggesting the perfect sized area for our belongings and was able to provide us with all our storage related needs. We are also impressed with the security of StoragePro and the peace of mind that gives us by knowing that our property is in good hands.

EVERYTHING about Storage Pro is top of the line: Location (near freeways), personnel (Jessica & Nan are dedicated, hardworking, courteous professionals who ALWAYS go the extra mile for customer satisfaction, safety (well lit and a bank of security cameras that are on 24/7). For me its Xmas all year round with the gift of peace of mind that my stored goods are well cared for.

I am getting married!!! We had to consolidate our stuff and place some in storage. i picked Storage PRO because its close to our home. I had had interactions with three staff members so far and all three are extremely nice, professional, and great to work with. Great rates also made it desirable.!!!

Lately the weather has been very unpredictable. Some days its hot, others its rain or just plain overcast. I noticed that whatever the weather the storage units seem to stay the same: cool and dry. I was surprised. No need to worry about your items getting wet since the sliding door isnt water tight!

My father ad I share this storage unit. The facility is always clean and always friendly. My personal favorite thing about them is I get a monthly call when my dad forgets to pay the bill on time- so we dont have any additional late charges- overall a great place to keep our belongings.

Storage Pro on Pacheco Way is fantastic. Jessica and Nan are there to help customers every step of the way with a smile. It has the latest electronic equipment to insure safety, its clean and well lit. Id give 6 stars if I could.
