do not do business here! after a year of storing my stuff here and dropping my monthly rent in the after hours drop off box (because i work 15 hour days) THEY lost my check and are refusing to waive the late charge, even though i now also have to pay a stop payment fee for their mistake !!! not only that but the lady was BEYOND RUDE! yelling at me that this is not her problem when i ventured to find out how my check could have been lost, and then hanging up on me not once BUT TWICE!!!! i will be moving my stuff this weekend due to their horrible customer service

My daughter needed a space quickly and Lee from Peabody Self Storage took care of her! I called several places and none were as willing to work with me as this place. I am stationed in Illinois and was able to arrange for payment over the phone/fax and get a military discount on top of it! Lee made everything VERY easy and my daughter was well taken care of. Thank you!

Ive never had to use a storage facility, and was a little hesitant for some reason. But I have to say, that the two ladies who work there are very nice and easy to work with. My husband is deployed right now and Ive been dealing with his storage unit. They have been very helpful in answering any questions Ive had. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needed one.

This place sucks. Lee cant follow directions, and when she is wrong, shes quick to not be helpful, talk over you on the phone, and even yell at you. This place is a disgrace, and Im sad to say I have referred over 5 people to use this facility. This is the WORST customer service I have received in my life.

I had an indoor 5x10. I appreciate how nice these ppl are and the prices are great... But I do not like roaches & silver fish getting into every box and inside my couch. I had so many bugs... I gave away all the furniture I had there because I refuse to take bugs into a new place. Thats not cool.
