I got a rent increase notice and this is what it content " A recent review of our tenant indicates that you have been paying less than standard rate ( standard rate for this area is around %29 cheaper at the current rate) for several years ( even though i have been renting in this storage only for few months) as a result you have received many hundreds of dollars in saving. Management or ownership has changed. moving out.
