This is easy to get to location and provides ample parking which, is large enough for parking and your moving truck to unload. They have climate control, 24 hour surveillance, well stocked packing and moving paraphernalia for purchase at great rates. The best thing is the customer service. Lisa and Bruce are Awesome. They will take care of you and set you up with the right storage facility that meets your needs. They take their time with you and every client they work with. And you will walk away with a bonus if you end up conversing with them; they are full of knowledge about all kinds of topics and full of resourceful information. My kids love the snacks…pretzel and candy. Restroom and lobby is always clean and water bottles are available as well.

When I decided to move to Contra Costa County, I contacted SPS knowing I would need to rent a climate controlled storage facility. Both Lisa and Bruce were very helpful and made sure the right size unit would be available when the moving van arrived. Additionally they guided the movers with docking a 28 foot trailer. They have continued to provide exceptional service, whether its a call or visit to SPS. I am grateful not only for the fine service but also the reasonable price and quality of the storage facility. Its clean, well-lit, and highly secure. I also have peace of mind knowing that my possessions are protected to the maximum extent possible. Although this is the first time I have used a storage facility, I am confident that SPS offers the best.

I was not at all thrilled about storing my extra stuff, but I am very happy to have found Security Public Storage in San Ramon. I had this idea that public storage would be a damp, dingy, pest-infested, cement closet. Nothing could be further from the truth at Security Public Storage. Lisa was very helpful answering all my technical questions over the phone and getting me setup into a unit that met all my needs. The facility is immaculately clean, has climate control, pin-pad entry codes, video surveillance, and is conveniently located. While Id love to be able to have my stuff at home, I do not think you could find a cleaner, friendly, safer place to store your extra stuff.

Ive only been a customer for a couple of months but I absolutely love the thorough customer service that Lisa, the phenomenal on site manager provides me. Shes very thoughtful and truly cares about her industry and you can see the passion she has when you interact with her. One of the best things about using this facility is that the storages are climate controlled so you dont have to worry about anything melting or getting moldy. Bonus that there are security cameras everywhere, and free bottled water and chocolates each time you visit! Highly recommend, if you can get a space. I know they have to wait-list a lot.

I needed a storage facility for furniture I brought with me from another state. I checked out several facilities on line and I asked one of my Sons who lives nearby to go check out the facility for me and let me know what his thoughts were. He was impressed so I in turn made an appointment before moving my furniture out and into their unit. I found the facility clean, secure and the personnel very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend Security Public Storage .

I have stored business property and documents at Security Public Storage for the past several years. I chose them over other storage facilities because of their climate control and monitoring. Their hours are reasonable and their facility is clean and comfortable. The staff is polite and friendly. Their location is convenient to both my office and home. I highly recommend Security Public Storage. I feel that my belongings are safe and secure in their possession.

I have been storing things here for about two years now and it has been absolutely wonderful! The staff is more than helpful. They are there when you need them. The storage facility is completely reliable. I basically forget I have things stored for 6 months at time (until I need something) and then I go in and check on my stuff and there are no issues. You cant put a price on a piece of mind. I highly recommend this storage facility over any other!

My son was relocating from Austin TX and he told me he wanted to put his furniture in storage until further details were settled. I inspected 3 storage facilities before looking at Security Public Storage in San Ramon. The facility was so much superior to the other places that I stopped looking and chose Security. I was shown several units and the first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of all of them.

As soon as I saw the INDOOR facility, I knew this was the safe and secure place to store my favorite "stuff". The friendliness of proprietor Lisa just sealed the deal! Then, when I actually had the truck full at the back door I realized how much I had underestimated the number of "treasures" I had accumulated. Lisa immediately helped me find a vacant larger space so we could unload the truck. Thanks, Lisa.

I found Security Public Storage when our company relocated to San Ramon about 3 years ago and I needed to get storage in this area. The manager I worked with at the time was wonderful, took me on a tour of available spaces and walked me through signing up. We have since added two additional spaces and I expect to add more in the near future. I highly recommend this facility and the staff!

If you are looking for climate controlled storage, this is the place. The facility is so well maintained and clean, easy to access and quite safe. The staff (Lisa is the queen) defines customer service excellence and always has a friendly smile and disposition. I do not have to worry about mold, fees are reasonable, and I get to eat her chocolate. HIGHLY recommended!!!

Security Public Storage in San Ramon is extremely clean, Friendly and Well Maintained. Everything inside is state of the art when it comes to a storage facility. Its climate controlled inside and the Amazing staff always has bottled water and snacks handy. I’m very pleased with the different size storage unit they had available and the good prices.

I need a climate-controlled storage unit for work and this place is the best! Conveniently located off Crow Canyon and 680, its easy to access. They have security cameras everywhere, a security code panel entry, and the facility is closed/locked at night, so I feel confident that my stuff is safe at Security Public Storage. Highly recommend!

I have rented storage from SPS for the last two years and am very satisfied. The facility is spotless, has incredible security and is temperature controlled.
