I learned about this storage facility from my mother who was downsizing due to my fathers death, and found out due to the recession, i needed to cut costs of my own. Moving out of my flat which housed many of my personal junk amassed over the years, i cut my rent in half. I thought it would cost me an arm and a leg to store all of this stuff but i was mistaken. When my mother introduced me to Joseph, the manager at A Storage City, he helped me get into a suitable storage box for all my stuff and needs. He even gave me a trial period discount, to help me ease the transition and get me back on my feet by saving me some money, which was tight due to the recession. These people here are so nice, they even leave out cookies for their customers, and the little kids that roll in with their parents. First-class service from a storage facility? Wow, i thought that was only reserved for high-end hotels. The facilities are well-kept, and very safe, with surveillance cameras all around. There is an on-premises manager, who actually protects the guarded facilities at night. What is also neat is they have so many different sizes of roll-up garage type door units that there is a size and affordable price for everyone. If you need storage space, this is the place to go. Ask for Joseph, hes the nicest and one of the coolest dudes youll meet. -Don

The Manager, Joe is very professional, friendly to talk to and always willing to help when I need assistance. Joe always takes a moment to wave hello. He makes me feel like a valued customer. Prior to storing at Storage City, I did comparison with other storage facilities in Milpitas. I found that Storage City offers more favorable pricing. Not only that, Joe and Jessica provided me excellent customer service. If you are looking for good price, very secure storage facility that comes with friendly professional representatives, go to Storage City in Milpitas. Base on my experience, you will not regret using their storage facility.

A Storage City is a little gem of a self-storage place in Milpitas. The site is well-maintained, clean and safe. The rates are very competitive and the service I received is always friendly, polite and accomodating. The manager, Joey, is very understanding and works to keep customers happy. The owners are fortunate to have someone like this, especially when encountering people who are stressed because of their moving experiences.

If your looking for a storage facility in Milpitas area, this is the obvious choice. I seriously researched all of the local options and none can match the combination of service, PRICE and security of A Storage City. I moved out of my home to a smaller place and needed storage for lots of miscellaneous items. The place is easily laid out and you can make a tough move much easier just by going here. Thanks

Self Storage in Milpitas is an A-Number-1 storage facility with very nice units of all sizes that are clean and very secure. The staff are all friendly and treat you very well.I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone who needs a place to store a little or a lot. There rates a good and the move-in discounts are a plus

I had a great experience with A Storage City. The place was clean and safe, it is convenient (5 minutes from the freeway) and most of all, Joey, the manager was a total pro. If youre looking for the best deal in the area with excellent customer service, Id wouldnt look to much further and just go with A Storage City.

My mother recommended this facility for my storing needs. Joey made it possible for my space to be walking distance from my moms space which has been very accommodating. I definitely would recommend this facility which is well maintained and Joey always helpful to make the moving transition a lot easier.

We have multiple units @ Storage City here in Milpitas for years. The facility is clean and well managed and we have never had any problems with them - just the opposite; they have worked with us when we have had problems. Joe is great, I cant get over that he remembers our names!

Storage City is by far the best in terms of reasonable pricing and customer service. Joe has always been so friendly when serving customers! I have been with Storage City for several years now, and highly recommend it!

The place itself is not bad but the unit rental prices change a lot and keep going up in price. In the past year the rent has gone up twice from $188 to $208 and now to $225.
