This place is great! I really love the familty that works there. They run it like its their home-they run a tight ship, (and it shows-so clean), but they always treat you like family. In fact, I really feel like they care about me, especially Shannon, shes so sweet. LOVE HER! The prices are REALLY good! They are not overpriced like the big guys and dont raise your rent every chance they get. The wonderful managers (can you tell I like them?) :) live above the office and they have cameras everywhere. The hours arent as long as some of the other places, but I kindof like the idea that crazy people arent running around the place after it gets dark. You should rent here, you will get to experience the last bit of good old fashioned customer service that you cant find anymore, and youll get a great rate on a great storage unit!

I like going to places that I completely understand, and I understand this place. They are providing storage, a service, and they really understand how to provide a service through: great attitudes, understanding, professionalism, and a clean location. You will see a clean, state of the art storage building. What I really liked was the fact that everyone working there knew what they were saying and doing. A lot of times this is not the case, but these folks had me in and out, signed up for a spot quickly. I would recommend this place based on the high level of service I received that day and how quickly the process was made for me.

Great Employees, especially the Kirk Couple!!! Very humorous!!! They made my busy, tiring mobing day happier and more relaxing! When I first came to this location at 2797 Scott Blvd. Santa Clara, they gave me good deal, good discount and beautiful smile. Made me feel like I had come back home. They offer the best rates! Trust me just call around. We are returning customers. We first used them to store our stuff when we moved from Arizona back in 2006. We moved again recently and had to downsize. I immediately knew I needed to call them even though we moved half way across town. Totally worth it and no regrets. No billing issues either as you can pay online when your bill is due. I would definitely recommend using this storage facility.

Excellent Staff at the lowest cost. I have been with this company off and on since 2008 when I moved to CA. The storage facility is very clean, and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I like the staff most because they actually know me by name which is very important to me. I am not just a storage unit number. Their prices are the lowest in the area, and the service is great. I would highly recommend this storage facility.

There is no way this place has anything but 5 stars :-) this place is low prices, wonderful staff and they have helped me in the past with payments, really good amount of room :-) I really wish I was not moving because I love this location :-) if you are looking for a wonderful storage location you just found the place :-)

I have to say I really enjoy having a storage here.. The customer service is absolutely wonderful. Shannon and her husband are fantastic. The price is great! I wont be here in a few months but if I ever come back to the area and need a storage I know where to go. Thank you so much for everything Shannon!

Love this place. Shannon and the staff will have you laughing, and the entire transaction was professional and smooth. This is my second time renting a space from them and they are fantastic. Their rates are great too!
